Hotel Buna Mostar

Strong Wi-Fi (good enough for Zoom/Webex calls and work) Great Front Desk Staff (Would give them 11 out of 10 Stars) Amazing views of the river. Great location. Close to Mostar and Medjugorje. The price was amazing for the service and room provided.

Only two things: My Credit card (US card, did not work at restaurant). Only one of the shower heads in the bathroom turned on. Not a big deal, but should be fixed.

The hotel feels completely brand new, with modern facilities and a fresh, clean atmosphere throughout. Everything is well maintained, and the overall presentation is impressive. The staff are extremely pleasant, friendly, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

Hotel Buna is one of the most beautiful hotels we have been to. This is the fourth time we have been here and we are always happy to come back. The reason is the friendly staff, cleanliness, delicious food, nature and pleasant ambience.

There is nothing I don't like.

Their hospitality was wonderful; the waiter at dinner truly touched our souls with such warmth and sincerity that we decided to stay an extra day. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and well-kept. A lovely place, a great base for day trips.

The housekeeper didn’t replace our towels, which was a bit inconvenient. At breakfast, I had to pay for a café latte because it wasn’t included, which I didn’t particularly appreciate, as most hotels usually don’t make an issue of this at breakfast.

Exelent luxury hotel on great location with amazing terrace and very good restaurant and the oldest wine cellar in Hercegovina .

Service Personal is disrespectful

The service Personal was very unfriendly! Especially the waiter, who served in the garden on Monday evening/night (12.8.) - he was not only not friendly, his behavior and communication was disrespectful and chauvinistic!!! Also the receptionist, as we rang the bell at the reception several times, he came along roughly to tell as: I heard you!!! We did not feel comfortable around the those men.

Quietness, the river view, & the garden. There’s a supermarket near to the hotel.The room has a little balcony.

15 minutes far away from the center by car. No kettle in the room.

The hotel was super clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. Special thanks to Gordana who provided wonderful service with a smile.

The staff were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our dinner was delicious, drinks in the bar were lovely too, our rooms were comfortable and clean, and the decor and surroundings so unique. It was a fabulous experience and I would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks to the team at Hotel Buna for making our time in your beautiful town and hotel so great ?

Location was perfect. Our room had balconies overlooking the river, bridge and the church.Staff was very kind. We had dinner at the hotel and were very satisfied.

Excellent hotel. Great service. The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities I needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices. The people in the reception were very helpful. The location is absolutely stunning! I would recommend it to my friends, and will definitely stay again!

The staff in the hotel as well as the restaurant was incredibly nice, polite and professional. 10/10 points for the service! The room was nicely kept, good maintenance of the interior, especially the shower. The view on the river was amazing. The coffee on the breakfast buffet makes also a very positive difference to other hotels, since it is a high-quality coffee served from the kitchen and not one of those typical industrial all-in-one coffee machines.

Great location next to an idyllic river, spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast on the table by the river, in short a superb hotel.

We arrived very late in the night after a flat tire and only stayed until morning but we could see that the hotel is very nice and very new, the crew was friendly. We could take our room at 4:00 AM which is a big plus.

The vegetables/fruits at breakfast were mostly empty when we went down and it was not too late (8:30). I would expect from a place like this to refill the stands regularly.There were no separate lights at the bed, all or nothing with the main switch. But I think this will be improved as the hotel was still very new.
