    Pros +

    • A charming setting with different offers for accommodations. The setting was beautifully landscaped with a free view to the see and the Etna.
    • Loved swimming in the poolIn your property by the sea.
    • The staff at Capo Campolato are fantastic; they gave us a free room upgrade to one of the apartments, saying that they were more suitable for three. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious. The pool was clean and had excellent views of the sea beyond the rocky shoreline. If you want to feel like you're getting away from everything while in Sicily, and don't mind a little extra driving, this is a great place to disconnect. We recommend eating at least once in Brucoli or Augusta.

    Cons -

    • Would be nice to have a shuttle to the train in Augusta or to Catania or Brucoli beach.
    • The bathroom in our room lacked any shelf or surface on which to place toiletries. For people like us with contact lenses, that made the twice daily routine really annoying. The hotel restaurant has delicious food, but it would have been nice to be able to sit outside in the evening and during morning breakfast. It doesn't seem like they wanted to take advantage of the seaside view. While we know that plastic is still widely used in Sicily, it would have been nice for the hotel to provide enough glasses during breakfast so that single use plastic cups were not required.
    • Outdoor space and the option of restaurant

Although the photos are actual, the rooms need a good refurbishment.

    It was a beautiful view

Nothing was open all the amenities they had promised are closed. Understand a few because of off-season. Very expensive to have terrible food. The resort is very far from anything, so rent a car. They will not help you with renting a car. Felt uncomfortable because I was upset that nothing on booking was true to the resort so we paid a lot of money to be there and we did leave early no refund or anything.

The location of the Hotel is very good and the area is huge and very well kept, Parking is huge and very easy to excess. Rooms very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful with us, Thanks and will see you again.

It is a beautiful place. Breakfast good and the view is very Beautiful.

Some upgrades need to be done at the Bathrooms. Hot water takes ages to come also no pressure in water system. Also due my room was upstairs the mirror in the bathroom is very low and one has to bent to see his face.

The grounds are extremely well kept and the breakfast has great selections.

The standard rooms have a low slanted attic-like ceiling.

We wanted a quiet place and this hotel delivered, the staff really kind and all check in process went smoothly. No surprises compared to our expectation and the pictures are all relevant trustworthy for the place. What a great view from the terrace. Highly recommend!

It's a bit sad to have such beautiful sea and Etna views but only visible from the terrace and not from inside the room. But again this was clear from the pictures.

Nice location and very clean .

Breakfast. Every day same option scramble eggs or boiled one, ham and cheese(same every day), no fresh vegetables, a lot of sweet cakes, yogurt and cereales and fruits not to many option. Also for lunch you have two predefined option. For a 4 stars hotel, restaurant options are very limited.

The waterside setting was very good

The constant sound checks late at night of all the weddings that took place. A different wedding every night right outside our room with very loud music and even very loud sound checks at 10:30pm. It was difficult to sleep each night because of this. Also from the pictures it was clear there were 2 pools and full facilities across the complex, but became clear there was a dedicated wedding pool and area not available to us. Our pool was very good, but the surroundings had unfinished pool bar area with bare wires sticking out of the walls. They could have made quite a bit of money out of us if there had been any poolside food and drink service but this was non existent. So we happily made our own drinks in our room to take to the pool side. Probably good for a wedding, but not the family holiday destination we had imagined.

It was gorgeous. We could look out at the sea from our bed. The property is expansive. The staff was both very very friendly and professional. They all went out of their way to accommodate.

We loved this place. Wake up with the magnetic view of the sea. Everything is there inside the resort. We stayed here for two days. The restaurant food was delicious. Breakfast was good. They have 2 swimming pools and a small play area for kids. My son enjoyed it a lot there.

The location is a bit interior, for the supermarket you need to go to another village. Otherwise everything is good.

The property is large and beautiful. Made for a very nice stay. The AC in the room is one of the best in any stay in Italy!

We felt the staff was incredibly nice and helpful. They have a great crew.
