Pros +
- Quaint, delightful setting. Run by a very nice family. Very convenient to park bus. We got there mid-afternoon and still found free parking in front of the hotel.
- nice view, location, very kind receptionists
- Very nice place and friendly staff. The location is amazing, surrounded by nature. We went hiking in Ordesa and Mount Perdido and the main parking it’s only 20min from the hotel.I would recommend and absolutely come back!
Cons -
- We booked a low cost rate and got one of the attic rooms. We didn't mind the snug feel, but others might.
- Paid for jr suit but it was very claustrophobic. Only widow with a view required you to step on a box to see outside. Not worth the expense.
- They advertise they have parking, but the parking in front of hotel is public parking so be prepared to hike if there are no spots (drop luggage off first!). They advertise air conditioning, but it didn’t work well enough to cool the room, which stayed about 27 degrees. Tried to open windows but mosquito bites followed. The mini fridge didn’t chill beverages properly. The bed was hard. Didn’t have breakfast, so can’t comment. WiFi signal 7/10.

Great location for easy access to Ordesa Very helpful and friendly staff many of who were South American emigrants.

Comfortable, centrally, nice view, good atmosphere
Location and the view from room.

The location was great. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast was wonderful. Easy to park and easy to walk around town and easy to walk to the visitor center. There were many wonderful, beautiful hikes in the area. Very beautiful country.
We booked a suite. It was on the last floor. There is a lift in hotel. The room has a Mountain View, very very large room, double king size bed, mini fridge, room designed very authentic. Super clean and very very high ceiling. And a huge jacuzzi!!! Near the hotel you can find a mini market, shuttle to the national park We visit a restaurant that near the hotel, you can just to see it from your balcony. Very very good place, very talented chef, top notch service
The receptionists were all very courteous and helpful. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable with nice views. We didn't have the buffet breakfast and chose to just get coffee which was very good.I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.
Everything was just fine.
The location is very pretty and easy to find. The hotel is very nice too, lovely and helpful people (the whole town for that matter). Definitely go and visit the waterfalls (ask reception if you have to go by bus or if the car park is open).
We didn't know in advance that there would be festivities and we wouldn't be able to park at the hotel because it is located at the town square. That also meant noise till late. I still recommend the hotel though, we were just unlucky.
The location is the best. Excellent breakfast, one of the best we had in the area, very nice and helpful staff.
The location and the breakfast
No sound insulation between the rooms and the floors.
Great location, easy free parking in the national park visitors center lot across the street (and down the stairs). Views. Clean. Comfortable.any good restaurant options nearby.
Great location in the old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and spacious room (the two of us booked the family room, as other rooms were sold out). They let us keep perishables in their fridge.
The bed was kind of sunk in the middle, so one would roll to the middle! It would have been nice to have a tea kettle and fridge in the room. To be fair, these weren't advertised features.
Great location. Comfortable bed. Swimming pool in summer and a jacuzzi in winter.
The only thing that could be improved is the picnic lunch.
Gorgeous hotel with a beautiful traditional touch in a traditional village. Great food, spotless clean and very comfortable beds.
Great location and views from the room. Comfy bed, good breakfast. Highly recommended
It’s a shame the pool was out of action; these things happen. Also it would have been nice to once have had vegetarian options on the evening meal, so we had to eat elsewhere.
The hotel was very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and the location was great.
Unfortunately, the jacuzzi is completely false advertising in my opinion. Upon arrival we found out that as Booking customers we would have to pay an additional €5 per person to use the jacuzzi and that we would have to make a prior booking. This was rather disappointing as we had hoped to use it after walking around Ordesa and the discriminatory charge for Booking customers rubbed me up the wrong way.
Clean, cosy, comfortable
Could do with basic amenities such as a kettle and /or microwave in the room for hot drinks and heating up basic meals
Beautiful place with great views and attention to details. Great location. Very comfortable beds.
