Lovely building, spacious rooms in easy accessible location.

    8DenisPosted on: 1-9-2025

    Great place, pretty decent breakfast

Lack of dryer for ski boots in ski room. So it can easily cause sickness due to skiing in wet boots everyday

    9ChristianPosted on: 1-5-2025

Gym, sauna and close to the Olymp lift. Well located in cozy and real town Brides les Bains (not just a purpose built ski resort).Breakfast was excellent.

Some of the shuttle bus drivers were erraticSauna heated to only 50 degreesNoice from neighbouring rooms

The service is wonderful, the staff is very friendly, and it's very clean, friendly and cozy!

    No swimming pool

Rooms are updated, spaceous and clean. Good location with an elevator down to the main area of the town.

Parts of the property are in need of renovation (ski room / bar). The restaurant must have changed ownership - the food is barely edible and that is for a very limited selection and with high prices; it doesn‘t resemble online pictures at all. Avoid at all cost!

    Close to the spa

The gym was too small and useless.

    5PaulPosted on: 6-24-2024

The view from the restaurant was beautiful.

Arrived late afternoon and was informed that Dinner was not possible. I asked why and was told that due to demand the hotel obtained a limited amount of food for the day. Extremely disappointed. Other restaurants in town couldn't accept us either as we had not made a reservation in advance. A bad visit!

Good location. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.

If I'm being harsh the room, although nice, didn't have that touch of a 4 star hotel. It was a little small and a bit cramped

The breakfast was excellent with a very good range of cereals, cold meats and cheese, eggs and different breads and pastries. We had a good view over the the valley and mountains from our rooms.

The rooms we had were a reasonable size but under the eaves so not quite as spacious as other rooms.

    7MelissaPosted on: 4-8-2024

The room was very quite and very clean.

Our room was a handicapped room. In the bath the shower was completely open to the rest of the small area. Nearly the entire tile floor, from door jam to vanity to toilet, turned into a slipper mess. If you do not need a handicapped room maybe check to see if they have a traditional room available.

The price was right for the location for being so close to merrible via the gondola. The breakfast was a 7/10. Could have done with some beans and mushrooms but other than that was very tasty.

We booked at night for a meal in the hotel. The was an error on the system and it didn’t get given to the front of house. The front of house weren’t willing to help so we had to go to reception for them to find the booking and then sort out the front of house to get us a meal. It was a bit irritating but the reception staff thankfully were a lot more helpful than the front of house who just turned us away.

    restaurant quality was very good

single room was very small and very tired

I like the staff and the team

It’s so hot inside the room and it’s old hotel

    7MariaPosted on: 2-11-2024

Location was excellent, staff and service were excellent. The room however I wouldn’t say was 4*. Whilst it was immaculately clean, it was basic. The bathroom was a wet room- but not finished to a high standard. The room was very basic. The bed linen and pillows again basic.

    Good Parking

I left a coat in the room and besides the fact that I was not contacted, I was ignored after I called the reception several times, telling me that they would check and call me. even to this day I have not been called. I do not recommend.the smell of food from the kitchen throughout the hotel

    8IvoPosted on: 1-29-2024

Communication with the hotel prior arrival was really good

My only complaint is for the breakfast room. It was too messy around the tables, and the floor was covered with small breakfast leftovers. Not really nice

    9monikaPosted on: 1-29-2024

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful view from our room of town and mountains.

Breakfast was tasty with good variety. Dinners were costly, overhyped with hit and miss dishes.
