- Our room was perfectly fine for an overnight stay being comfortable and warm. The bathroom was good as was the breakfast . The hotel is ideally situated for us as were were cycling the River Loire Cycle route
- We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and gave good advice about restaurant recommendations. The room was excellent with comfortable facilities. The off-street, gated, private parking was much appreciated.
- Charming hotel ideally located in the centre of Briare. Secure parking and easy access. A warm welcome and a beer in the bar at reception. pleasant room and comfy bed and a good breakfast in the morning. I was slightly concerned that there would be no nearby restaurants open on a Sunday night but there were a number nearby - all within a short walk.

It was raining in the morning!
The hosts ( all staff members ) went above and beyond to make our stay special. I have gluten issues, and the hosts baked gluten free bread, and fruit loaf, for me. Also assistance with visiting locally.

Very friendly & happy staff, the room was very big & exceptionally clean. Airconditioning worked well. The car parking was very secure and I felt certain that my motorbike would be there in the morning. The staff were very attentive and spoke excellent English.
The bathroom could do with a refresh, as it was looking tired. Squeaky floorboards and you could hear some noise when residents left early in the morning. These issues are being hyper critical
Courtyard room very quiet, good parking
Small bathroom
We loved that the hotel was in a quiet town and that there were several restaurants within walking distance. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great! There was a bar and a place to sit outdoors. There was secure parking. And we were able to rent electric bikes! Bed was very comfortable.
The air conditioning and fan were not turned on the first night that we were there. The bath towels were small and there were no hand towels, I am sure we could have asked for them but we did not. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep.
The staff and parking was ideal and the location was good and easy to find
A shame about the lack of restaurant for an evening meal though close to town centre and choice of restaurants
We stayed in the suite which was very large and well appointed. A kettle was provided which was appreciated. The hotel was very clean, the staff were helpful and spoke excellent English, breakfast was good and the courtyard parking was great. There are lots of walks nearby and some excellent restaurants. This was a perfect find.
Although it didn't affect us the stairs to the room were very narrow and steep and the hotel is not suitable for people with mobility issues.
Clean
Entrance and exit process. Dangerous staircases and poor lighting.
Great location in a nice Loiret town near canals. Lovely room with Jacuzzi. Parking on site, easy and safe
The host charged me a few euros tax that the Booking.com site says is included.
Very friendly. Very clean and comfortable.
Very pleasant gentleman on reception upon our arrival. Excellent location, secure courtyard parking, large clean bedrooms, great breakfast. Recommended local restaurant for dinner at that was superb. Saved to my favourites for a return trip.
Great location. The host was extremely friendly and accommodating with lobby service. Good recommendations for local restaurants. Excellent morning breakfasts.
A little awkward to get to our upstairs rooms out back, but that was a minor inconvenience.
Location for our cycle trip and closeness to restaurants in.
Staff and environment.
The hotel was easy to find and there was plenty of secure parking, so we felt very safe. We arrived on a Sunday evening, but the hosts were able to suggest a couple of places we could get something to eat. We had a big room with a double bed and a pull-out bed, both of which were perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and varied, with a lot of personal touches like a little gadget to cleanly take the top off a soft boiled egg! We were made to feel very welcome and we enjoyed our overnight stay in this pretty town.
Nice, if you can take your suitcases to the 3rd floor with no elevator
I'd rather have a shower than a jacuzzi
It is difficult to find anything positive to say about this accommodation as there are so many negatives.Nicely decorated.
The property is scruffy and dirty from the street. The toilet is situated outside the apartment front door in the main shared hallway to the property, therefore very awkward to use with no privacy and no lock on it.Also smelled of damp. The position of the toilet needs to be specified distinctly on the website. There is a kettle provided, but there is no way to fill it up and there are no cups, spoons or tea or coffee provided! As you enter the property there is a step down which is potentially very dangerous. To operate the bedroom window shutter I had to move a wardrobe which was hiding and covering the operating switch. The noise from the other apartments including water pipes and the slamming of the front door and footsteps on the stairs was unbearable. The shower head height adjuster didn't work and the shower drain was slow to drain so water built up in the base, close to overflowing on to the floor. The building has been converted badly and the design layout does not work for it to be used as a hotel rental property. The price charged is to expensive for the quality and service provided.
Staff were really helpful. Ideal location. Room was spot on. Secure Parking a massive bonus. Would definitely stay again.
We’ll located, wonderful staff and comfortable room. Delicious breakfast.
Bathroom could be updated.
