Hotel Jumeaux

The owners! It¿s a mom and pop hotel and if you are down with a rustic vibe then this is your spot! It was great place to get a nights rest without shelling out a bunch!

It was located in a great location and the hotel was very cute.

Breakfast was good but wish there was more variety. The cleaning service did not change the towels or explain how to change the towels.

Great location, the facilities were a little old but genuine and cozy, friendly staff, good breakfast. The bathroom in our room is in need of an renovation, the shower hose in the bathtub was a little too short for having a shower standing up, and water were coming out on the click-lock flooring very easily, risking a water damage. The storage room for skiing equipment in the basement also needs some renovation. Otherwise good value for money.

Loved the hotel. The staff are really nice and friendly and helpful. The morning and the evening receptionists are lovely people, and also the staff at the restaurant. The room was very dry and we’d wake up with dry mouths every night. Not sure what this is related to, needs to be checked. Otherwise, would have given it a 10 for great value

This is a very well situated hotel. It is close to the lift and in the center of the village. We thought the staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the boot room and parking were very convenient. It is great value for money.

Location excellent, good breakfast.

Smell in the bathroom, and in the rooms next to it.. Smell was horrible and it was coming out of the vent. It was like wet old well used socks left for some time.. Bathroom extraction fan did not work.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The staff were amazing. The room was warm, clean and super comfortable. The location was extremely convenient. Our dog was also made to feel at home. Breakfast was generous and delicious.

The property is perfectly located and has a very cute mountain charm. The staff was super friendly! If you need to rent your ski gear there is a ski shop just across that has even a discount for the guests of Jumeaux

The staff were very accommodating during our stay. The location is very central and 2 min walk to chair lifts.. As beginners we needed to get a gondola to plan maison for our lessons. This was a trek for us especially having to carry all our gear with us and the manager Danny kindly offered to drive us which we really appreciated. Will definitely stay again!

Hotel is located in a beautiful place, very close to the ski lift. Ski rental is just opposite and a lot of restaurants and bars around. There is a storage for the ski & boots, and you can get there from your room and put your gear and walk up straight to the ski lift (5 min walk). It is charming old hotel with a lots of attention to details, especially in the lobby (seating area).Our bed was also very comfortable - but that is all I can tell about our room ;-)

I was very disappointed with the size of the room and bathroom. Shower was so tiny that it was problematic to get in there, and we are just normal size people ;-). Room is also very small. It would be OK as a single occupation but for two it was a bit too small. There is nothing in the bathroom where you could put your cosmetics and toiletries. Mine were on the floor what made the bathroom even smaller ;-). I really do not like complain and usually happy with what I got but for the price we paid, I expected a little more.. The worse thing though is the sound of the shower and toilet above you!!. It seems that the water is pouring down on you.. Its OK, if people on the 3rd floor going to bed early but we were unlucky and 3 nights in one row we were woken up in the middle of the night by them having shower or using the toilet - I am really used to sounds of the pipes, but that was bit too much...
