Staff, politeness and helpfulness. Location, village itself, nearby ski lifts, mountains. Dedicated parking. Breakfasts with hot omlette. Bar and restaurant. Overall environment and mood inside the hotel, when it's foggy outside, it's like Twin Peaks.

What a wonderful hidden gem—family-owned and so welcoming that you instantly feel like part of the family. The breakfast was lovely, the views are breathtaking, and it’s just a short walk to town and the chairlifts. Highly recommended, especially since they’re dog-friendly too!

Free and always available transfer by minibus from and to the town center. Great location to ski out in the mornings. View of the Matterhorn from the balcony.

Room too small, no seating. Very small (narrow) and uncomfortable double bed.

The hotel exceeded our expectations, reluctantly i have to say the second floor bedroom was too hot during the night (left doors open) and the pillows were not to our liking, very hard.

Absolutely loved it here. Great location ski in and ski out with great ski lockers and facilities. Great clean, nice rooms and bathrooms. Staff were so friendly and helpful! Would love to return

Very frustrating that the bar/ restaurant staff bring individual dockets to sign every time they deliver to the table....even during the service of entrees & main courses- amateurish!

Perfect location right next to a red run just above the Cretaz chairlift. Free Shuttle service to go down to the centre and back in the evenings (or about a 10 minute walk otherwise). Very homely small hotel with cheerful friendly staff. Excellent ski storage room where you just walk out on a level to the ski slope. Plentiful buffet breakfast that starts at 7.30 and a small bar/restaurant where you can order evening meals, including a few tasty vegetarian options. We had lovely pizzas there. Free outdoor parking.

Superb

Excellent location, right on the slopes. The hosts are very welcoming. The breakfast was very good. The only complaint I had was that there was noise from the hallway and there were some guests who arrived/left at 4am and were noisy.

Directly at slopes, for beginners you can taken small Chairlift and walk evenly If Red slope IS to steep to Hotel

Sauna would BE nice. Many guest got a cold. Me too :(

An absolutely amazing hotel! The view is breathtaking, and the location is perfect, especially for ski-in/ski-out lovers. The breakfast was simply fantastic, and the meals at the bistro exceeded all expectations. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming and kind, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the transfer service was very convenient and helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay—we will definitely be coming back!

The location of the hotel is so convenient!Very cosy, super clean hotel located directly on the slopes. The view from the restaurant is astonishing!Special thanks to everyone who works there! There's a way to beat the queue and purchase ski passes from the reception. The ski lockers are in a warm place with facilities to clean, adjust, and dry the skiing gear. Will definitely return.

This is such a great family owned hotel, located right on the slope. Staff is very kind and welcoming. Our room was on the top floor with Cervinia views. The only thing is that ceiling is a bit lower in parts of the room and my husband is 195 cm tall. We would ask for room on the ground or 1st floor next time. Federico who works at the bar, was always very kind and helpful. The girls at the breakfast bar as well, the guy at the reception also who welcomed us first night and also prepared wonderful sandwiches. Just everybody! Food and cocktails are great downstairs. Thank you for the wonderful stay! We highly recommend!

The owners and the staff were very nice, helpful and easygoing. Direct access to the slopes and lifts as well as great mountain view is a big plus.
