Great location, great staff, great value for money

Small ski locker and there was issues with opening it

It was very close to the lifts, it's my second time at this hotel he is newly renovated and has big rooms options for groups of 4 people's. The spa is major plus and everything was exceptional. Breakfast also very good

Lack of communication. Check in after 17.00 !!!!!We where 14 persons try to reserve accomodation. Because they put on booking less rooms than we need it we have to take for 2 persons quadruple room. Also until now they never answer phone or emailsOur reservation was 30% more expensive just because they forced us to get much more expensive suites in order to acomodate all our group. Breakfast fast in the first day very good in the second almost a disaster. Only + they are close to the slopesSauna not working, swimming pool 20⁰ the water, no sleepers in the rooms but they had bathrobes. Unfortunately is hard to find other hotels so you are forced to stay in an overpriced location like this. For me and my group is a total disappointment.

Customer service was excellent, staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful convenient location.

Shower was not hot enough. Dogs in the neighboring room kept howling and barking.

Location is absolutely fantastic for both the summer and winter season.The staff was/is great, from George at breakfast and the lovely people at the reception desk to the awesome young man who cleaned our rooms daily.Hotel is consistently good in terms of service and product offering.Excellent price point, good value for the moneyDaily cleaning is prompt.

It would be great if breakfast could include French toast and eggs benefict.Also, while cleaning was consistent and timely, there was a detail that catches ones attention around the flush button...the exposed/elevated part needs to be cleaned when pressed.

Hotel staff is super nice and very helpful. Location is great and spa facilities enjoyable.

The room was old, with a broken sofa, stains on walls and mould in the shower. The super flat pillows also not so great Not what you would expect for this price, I gues it's time for some renovation.

Staff very friendly. Cervinia is a nice resort - it wasn’t too busy despite being Easter holidays and the restaurants we visited were outstanding. Affordable too as far as ski resorts go.

The hotel has maintenance issues in public areas as well as bedrooms. The bedrooms are small and with an overflowing shower and an open wardrobe design I wasn’t a fan. The main drive way leading to the front door is a mess with loose broken tiles. The Cleanliness is an issue in wellness area and the ski in ski out claim isn’t really the case.The room rate suggests a much better standard of product and I fear that we won’t return to this property. It isn’t anything special and the price would buy you a better experience elsewhere.

Pool is only open from 3pm which is a shame. Also the smell of drains outside the pool area is unfortunate.

Not enough space in the room to hang ski clothing. There wasn't a shuttle or taxi service available to take you to the gondala station

Hotel Europa is well located, near the ski slope and the best restaurants in Cervinia. It offers comfortable rooms, a spa and ski rental. The breakfast was very good.

The service was poor. Our room number 004 was cold all 7 days (01-08.03).The heating system did not work, only in our room. We complained about this every day, but the problem was not solved. We were offered a small electric heater on the fourth day. These are not services for a 4-star hotel. I recommended and came to this hotel with a group of 16 friends, but I will not come back here.

Had to ask for restock of shower gel and tea bags in our room a couple of times.

Fantastic staff. Elisa (I hope I spelled that right) even called me to tell me my room was ready. It's really close to the Cretaz ski lift, so it's superbly located.Cracking breakfast

Spa was only open mid to late afternoon, resulting in it being super busy.Dressing gowns allowed at the bar... Please cut that out!Nowhere near enough drawers for 3 people in our triple room.Again, could not sort out ski passes at reception.No ski maps. Small things that could make a difference.

The breakfast was good, many varieties and a barista making cappucinos.The location is really good. Close to the lift and great ski room at the hotel.Clean room.It was easy parking your car at the hotel.Nice staff.

The biggest negative was the uncomfortable double bed. It felt like a madras was missing, if you threw yourself on the bed(for any reason) you would hurt yourself. The receptionist solution to this was putting extra blankets on the bed under the sheets.The room was smaller than expected.The storage and wardrobe was really small with all the ski gear we traveled with.There was no air vent in the room or the bathroom. The doors didnt isolate noise, if people would talk in the corridor it feels like they are in your room.

It needs a good make over and refurb

No hooks ? in the rooms, shower valves don’t control temp properly.
