Francois Boutique Rooms - Matterhorn Retreat & SPA in Cervinia

Everything was incredible. The owners are so hospitable and attentive. We felt so cared for during our stay. Plus their restaurant Nextdoor has delicious local Italian food.

The chalet style is really cute, the location for the village itself is great, the accommodating manager/ owner, the super breakfast.

There are quite a few stairs to the ski lift so while it was ok for one day, I wouldn't do that a week. A coffee machine in the bedroom would be great.

The owner gaved us the best service，breakfast was really good；car parking was comfortable too。

Lovely little place, wellLocated cozy and clean

Tino was a great host, available to give us directions and answer our questions throughout. The property is very central - lovely and rustic - but with a modern bathroom and great shower!! It's a 5 min walk from two different ski lifts and the hot tub / sauna is a nice touch.

Charming chalet; small but cosy and very clean and comfortable. Good beds and towels, very nice breakfast; whirlpool and sauna. Great location; walking distance from the village centre and the outdoor activities (lmountain lifts). Very friendly and helpful owner/staff. Car park at the premises.

A small terrace/veranda would be nice (we where there in summer).

Location and friendly stuff. Parking near was very convenient. Nice room with everything we need for our family. Restaurant near.

That we were there only one night

Good afternoon. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff and owner of the hotel. Incredibly cozy chalet with only 4 rooms. When approaching the hotel, we contacted the owner to clarify where we could park, he met us exactly a minute later. They also kindly provided us with a parking space and on the day of departure, we rode quietly for up to 4 hours. the next day. The room is very cozy, new, stylish, spacious, chalet style. New plumbing, comfortable bed, bathrobes and rubber slippers for the spa. There are 4 bottles of water in the minibar. the room also had 2 separate beds, which is ideal for a family with 2 children. At breakfast in the morning 4 tables were served, the owner kindly offered us coffee. breakfast is hearty and delicious. By the way, after the first day of skiing, we left our skis and boots to dry in a special room. It's nice that you can warm up in the spa in the evening. , there is a jacuzzi and a sauna. the location is perfect, right in the center. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. shops, a mountain river and of course a ski lift. I'd love to come back again, but I'll ask for a room with a balcony in advance)

The host was really nice and helpful! His restaurant next door was also 10/10. The chalet was very cozy, spacious and well-equipped. The room was actually large compared to what we saw from pictures. The breakfast was superb. Only a few minutes walk to Plan Maison gondola and Campetto ski lift. Me and my parents had a pleasant stay here. Would definitely recommend and stay here next time in Cervinia!

Really nicely decorated, clean and the host was the friendliest, most helpful hotelier we have ever met. We loved the jacuzzi.

Centrally located, clean and modern with lots of wood, off street parking, great breakfasts and super friendly host.

Personal attention to our stay.

Hot tub was warm but not Hot. Could be just an adjustment. We informed the owner. He was very appreciative.

Rooms and breakfast top in a very central position, also the SPA is small but you can book your time so when you go is only yours. We tried also the restaurant nearby managed by the same owner and we had very good dinner

Perfectly appointed mountain chalet with high-end finishes and bedding. Lovely breakfast room with a hearty spread. Hot tub and sauna available. Location near restaurants and the mountain is perfect. Sun rise over the mountains from my windows, with blackout curtains if you'd rather sleep. Owners could not have been kinder or more helpful.

Nothing not to love.

Very comfortable B&B. Tino was an amazing host. Got up extra early on the day of our departure to provide us with the same fabulous breakfast as the other days. Owns a lovely restaurant next door - check it out! Thanks Tino - we felt really welcomed and absolutely loved our stay in Cervinia.
