- Perfect combination of facilities and comfort. The staff were really helpful and the shuttle service was really useful every day. Comfortable and quiet rooms.
- First class treatment and friendly staff. The hotel is located 5 minutes by shuttle bus from cervinia.Shuttle buses were very quick to arrive when requested for trips to town and the slopes. The location is great with a beautiful view. The hotel sauna is great after skiing. But the staff are what made it. Nothing was too much trouble.
Cons -
- Hot drinks at breakfast were a challenge - slow service and usually lukewarm; please get a self-service coffee machine!
- Nothing - Just a couple of staff were annoying which is hard to forget. Dinner service was very slow at times. Waited from 7.30 to 9.30 for first course one night.
- Nothing really - but would like larger teacups and milk in the room for making tea!

Staff were all amazing and the complimentary shuttles are great, they’ll take you anywhere at any time!

Great hotel. Most of the staff were lovely and it was warm, clean and comfortable.

Very clean, comfortable beds and rooms, amazing spa facilities, friendly staff, large and stylish
Nothing really - but would like larger teacups and milk in the room for making tea!
The hotel is lovely; we snuck in on a last-second mid-week booking, prices were fair, and amenities were great. The facility is nice, new, away from town (with a shuttle), and has terrific views. The staff is friendly and attentive, they also speak multiple languages well as you would expect. Breakfast (if you take the included items) is very good and has lots of selections. Having a ski rental shop in the building is an excellent amenity that should be marketed. I also enjoyed my afternoon drinks in the bar while takign in the 270* view.
Many of the other reviews mention only one lift. Although there is a second bank of elevators that services the rooms and spa, it is limited to one for guests and one for staff. To reduce traffic, they would do well to convert this staff elevator to a guest elevator that staff use. The morning hours should be expanded and adjusted. The bar is the only seating area in the lobby; it is closed until 7 am and is frequently being cleaned at very near that time. When I say closed, I mean the room is locked off, so there is nowhere to wait for breakfast on the main floor. Cleaning should be done earlier, and that space should open up for coffee service a half hour before breakfast. Breakfast should also open earlier; starting breakfast only an hour before the lifts open makes it tough to get on the hill early, and with such a large ski area, time is important. I understand the want to wait for the official resort forecast before opening lift ticket sales at 8:30 am when you can get a general forecast that tells you the resort will be fully operational doesn't make sense; this further delays the start of the ski day. As an example, the forecast for one day we skied was: clear skies, wind of 3-5km, temperature of 7c. If this is the forecast, you do not need to wait for the resort to tell you what lifts will run. Regardless of that, the desk will sell you a multi-day ticket for which they do not have a forecast, so it obviously can be done.As others have noted, the bar food menu needs to extend beyond 6 p.m. Items like burgers, pizza, and light snacks should be available whenever a kitchen is open. The main dinner restaurant menu is limited and overwrought. It would be fine for a couple of nights but would not suffice for a week-long stay. Options for children are limited, and given the number of children at the hotel during our stay, this should be addressed.
The location of the breakfast room is stunning. To be able to watch helicopters, sled dogs and of course the beautiful snowy mountains and landscape was very special. There were plenty of pastries to choose from . Lots of cheeses, meats, eggs and also some nice things cooked to order.I used the pool a lot because I unfortunately had a leg injury and was unable to snowboard. I did go out and have lunches on the mountain and the shuttle service from the hotel was fantastic. It was so nice sitting on the sunny balcony of the room when it wasn't snowing and enjoying the mountain vista and air.
At breakfast , I would have liked a bit more fresh fruit, like berries and also more healthier cereals perhaps. There was a large variety of food and there was fresh fruit . Just not the type I wanted so I'm probably being picky.
Beautiful quality finishing, quiet elegant setting, beautiful spa facilities and nice restaurant with a lovely view across the husky dogs playing in a winter wonderland.
Room was a little on the smaller side for the price.
Amazing breakfast buffet. Very helpful staff. Klevi even helped put snow chains on our car when i clearly did not know how!
The location is lovely, set away from the main road, and the architecture is pleasing. The facilities are nice as well — restaurants and bar are both good, and the spa has everything for a relaxing time.
Room design
The view was horrible. The location is bad. The service is not up to 5 star standards
It’s very new, modern and clean
We had a great week in Cervinia. The hotel is a lovely building, with fantastic views from the bar and restaurant across Cervinia to the mountains beyond. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Our room was comfortable and well-tended, the shuttle service worked nicely, and the facilities were suitable for most of our needs. We felt very comfortable and would visit again. Thank you for making us feel welcome and well-accommodated during our first trip to Cervinia.
Our stay was generally very positive. There were a few minor issues, which prevented our stay from being perfect. There were a few very good dishes on the restaurant menus, but many of the dishes were not very flavoursome. By the end of the week we had worked out which were the best, but it did mean that we ate very similar meals each night. For vegetarians the choice was limited. The bathroom in our room developed a smell over the course of the week - the staff did their best to address it and were very apologetic about the issue. The spa itself has fantastic facilities, but was too crowded at the busier times, and a little noisy. We were also woken up several nights by guests having loud conversations in the corridors. I appreciate this is a common issue in hotels. Finally, and I know most people wouldn't notice this, but the same music playlist was on at all times of day in every area of the hotel. I heard the same Louis Armstrong songs about 30 times over the course of the week! A bit more thought regarding the music and general ambience would make a difference.
This is a new hotel, everything works well. Great shuttle service to town. You never wait more than a couple of minutes
Acoustics you can hear the people sleeping above you. No room service menu. Bar has no atmosphere in the hotel. No food in the afternoon before 19:00 PM. Pricing of beverages above average for the region. The rooms are small and there is no sun terrace in the winter. The hotel is in the shade.
The amazing bathrobes, our room had the sound of water from outside which was very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel shuttle available at your convenience with super short waiting times. Fantastic breakfast and service with a beautiful Matterhorn view! The orange juice and nutella croissant were amazing. Tour of the hotel upon arrival. Parking garage has big size spaces. The spa is very nice too with enough sauna options, you can also grab juice/fruit from there. The roads to/from hotel are well maintained and are easy to drive even after snowfall / freezing.
The 60 minute limit for the spa, a lot of people also overstayed their time and this was not kept an eye on. But it was never too busy in the spa so maybe that was why they allow it :-) Prices in the bar for drinks were high end, for example €4 for an espresso.
Very nice and clean hotel . Staff is amazing, very thoughtful. Got a ? on my bday in the room
Transfer from the airport is difficult and privately is very expensive , but i guess it is not the hotel issues
Staff were incredible, very helpful and thoughtful. Spa was great and restaurant fantastic, they catered for vegans very well. Pickup to and from slopes was very responsive.
Room wasn't huge, and on the final day there was a slight smell of drains, but a minor issue that hardly detracted from the overall experience.
Staff service, transportation service and location was prime.
Since the first night at your hotel my husband had severe rash in his back and his thights. He is not allergyc to any type of texture or detergent. The hotel should verify if there's bed bug in your beds. We now realize that's a possibility.
Fantastic breakfast, incredibly friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for us, on call shuttle service into town or can walk as only 1km.Comfortable beds, lovely spa area, beautiful panoramic restaurant setting.
We had guests staying in the room above us and they were very noisy so woke us up each morning, sounded like a herd of elephants jumping up and down. It was slightly annoying. The food was great but the bar stopped serving at 6pm which was early and then we only had the more formal restaurant to eat in. I think the bar should serve until 8pm to provide greater choice.
