A very nice and comfortable hotel with top notch service and hospitality. The hotel is walking distance from the Cervinia ski cable and restaurants, shops.We had a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit and it came with a fridge/mini bar that can be stocked on request and TV in each bedroom. The beds were large and comfortable and the bedrooms were spacious with a lot of moving space and views to the mountains. The bathroom is modern clean, spacious and stocked for a multi day/night stay. We had breakfast and the bread, cheese and cold cut meat was tasty and so fresh that I am still longing to go back.Ladies at the front desk were welcoming and friendly. They seem to be the family that owns the hotel and were helpful with local recommendations. There is also a drop off service to the Cervinia cable car/ski resort.Overall a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend.

The staff was kind. Location in the city center. clean room.

The hotel was extremely noisy. There is no parking at the hotel and the staff directs you to free parking nearby. Basic breakfast.

The room and the view to the Matterhorn were lovely. The bed was comfy with crispy bedsheets. The breakfast was good - big choice of sweet (croissants, cakes, home-made cookies, dry and fresh fruits, muesli) and salty options (eggs, ham, cheese). We also tried the dinner menu and it was quite tasty (35€/person). We would like especially note the staff who was serving the food.Free use of SPA in the hotel is an additional plus- sauna, turkish bath, jacuzzi and relax area for a great relaxation after skiing.

Bad smell in the corridors, elevator and especially at -1 floor.

Very cute hotel, warm and traditional vibe, friendly staff, it has all amentities needed for a nice ski trip (ski shuttle, breakfast, parking, spa, ski room, etc).

Relaxed atmosphere. Very helpful staff. Central location. Walking distance to chairlifts and the hotel ran a shuttle to the cable car station. Great lounge and bar.

Convenient location (incl. parking/shuttle), good breakfast and practical ski room. Rooms are a bit outdated, but good value for money and good for group of friends.

Everyone and everything was fantastic at our accommodation except I thought 15 euro a head for breakfast was a little excessive

A bit expensive

Location was good. On edge of village but as village is small it made no difference. Restaurant was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Staff very friendly. Minibus ski service great.

Bathroom was dated but functional.

Close to ski lift, pharmacy, best coffee shop, mini market and pizzeria. There is also a cross-country ski track opposite the hotel. Michelin restaurant next to the hotel) Convenient location, nice hotel, excellent service!

Homey living room and the place in general. lovely fireplace. We were treated well by the staff in this family run hotel.

The rooms were spacious enough and the beds were comfy.

We can overlook the fact that the facilities are dated, but two things disappointed. Travel with kids we need a bathtub, but once we filled the one in the room, all sorts of nasty stuff (pieces of plastic, hair, black bits) came out of the jacuzzi vents. Needless to say, we didnt let our kids take a bath. Also, we wanted to use the sauna/jacuzzi faciltiies of the hotel at 4pm, but were told (arbitrarily imo) that we cannot take the kids at that time anymore. Nowhere was this prior specified.

Really good breakfast, great facilities, and the staff was incredibly nice and helpful!
