Location is good, staff are friendly, rooms are spacey, free parking space. Breakfast was nice it had several prepared tasty dishes.

Hotel it self is ok, it does not need special investments only general maintaining and restauration.

The room was cold, the exhaust fan was very noisy, the bed was not comfortable, the blanket for two was very small

It was OK. Small room, for 1 night it was normal. The breakfast was very good. The price was good too. The personal did the white carton for me.

I was surprised that check out at 10 a.m.

We came in late just for a sleepover to continue the trip in the morning The staff was great, breakfast was excellent but the room is another story. The bed was small, too soft and not very comfortable, only a single cover for a double bed, spare was there without any linen for it. The shower cabin is a struggle to get into, old towels and basic toiletries.The view was nice on the first glance but later you can see plastic bags, garbage, and ashtray full on the table.

Clean room, good food. Good value for the price. Quiet area, nature.

Extremely small blanket for 2 persons (it was small even for one person). Hope it was an exception. Mattres was very soft, although it was new and clean, but very soft.

Odlicna lokacija, blizu centra ali ipak sa pogledom na sumu izvan guzve u samom centru. Osoblje vrlo ljubazno. Velika soba. OK dorucak.

Hotel je dosta star i potrebno je renoviranje. Ali i pored toga sto se vidi da je dosta staro sve je vrlo cisto i uredno.

Very homey ambience, peaceful and quiet for sleeping. The front desk lady, Jelena was super kind and hospitable. I enjoyed the breakfast very much.

The room was old and not well maintained. The ceiling was with cracks, the ventilation in the toilet sounds like dizel motor, the carpet was fool of dust so I threw it out to the corridor. The breakfast was poor and had no veggies.

We were for the second time on the place. We use it on our way to Montenegro or back home, so far. But Zlatibor has so much to offer ! We really need to get back sometimes for a longer stay.

A good hotel in a quiet location with large free parking. They provide a good breakfast every morning, and the room has a pleasant balcony.

The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, but this was beneficial due to the construction works in the city.

Staff was really nice and friendly, room was clean, and breakfast was really nice and fresh.

All the facilities are outdated and in desperate need of renovation.

The hotel needs serious improvements: the smell is very weird right from the entrance. The bathrooms smell like an old chimney (like somebody smoked there for ages). The towels most probably were purchased 10 years ago, they are almost yellow instead of white. And the most horrid thing: the breakfast: musty bread, 2 slices of ham and almost nothing good to chose from. And they offer no free coffee, which was very unpleasant. They charged us for it.

I know that in Serbia you can smoke inside but it smelled awfull inside the hotel. The room had no smell, which was ok.We had to pay for the coffee, it was not included in breakfastWhen we arrived it was cold, but the receptionist face us a heater. She didn't understood much English but we managed to communicate after all We had to pay by card, she didn't accepted Euro, even though on booking was written that the payment can be done in euro. The location on booking is wrong. We asked for directions and they told us to go across the street of another hotel and that's how we found the location.

Cigarettes smells everywhere. Lobby, rooms - everything smells. No coffee included in the breakfast - you need to pay extra to get cappuccino.

A non-smoking room was requested but not provided. The bed was broken, heavily worn hotel and equipment, but the bathroom was renovated, except for the bathroom ceiling ??!! Breakfast is ... very basic. The reception desk is very messy.
