Staff was very kind and friendly.The food was excellent. The breakfast was included in the price of the stay and we also had lunch and dinner there - for each meal you could choose from several options and all of them were really tasty.The room we stayed in was really comfortable, spacious, big beds + added a crib for our baby per request. Enough wardrobes for the clothing. Small but useful balcony as well. Bathroom also spacious which I really liked. The location is great, I like that it is not too close to the center and all the crowd, and there are several groceries near by, bakery...

The water in the swimming pool (spa) could be warmer.

I booked for family of 5 , two adults, and three children. When we arrived I was told , that two double rooms were booked and that most parents sleep with the youngest child in bed . I was offered travel cot which was too small for my nearly 5 year old so I refused. On a positive note , beds were large enough , so three kids slept in one double bed . The reason we booked this hotel is that it had swimming pool; on our arrival I was told , swimming pool had technical issues and therefore not in use. We were not offered any kind of compensation except for an apology.Hotel room we were staying in was lacking hand soap so we were given shampoo instead; cable tv was not working; wall mirror fell off and was leaning against the wall , just like that. toilet roll holder was broken in the other room-complete lack of maintenance-overall, nothing to justify 4* rating of this hotel;

the room was not clean, the bed linen was not well washed they don't change the bedding every 1-2 days and the room isn't cleaned every day, the carpet was covered with stains, the water in the pool was cold

Very Pleasant staff.

Beds are very small and not very comfortable, the carpet with many stains so it looks dirty, to location is not great but not that much of problem.

Excellent hotel for staying peaceful and calm ; Hotel staff was very nice and helpful; They are so attentive to our veg options needs that they have tried their best to serve food of our choice It’s 1.5Km from Centre of Zlatibor; perfect forthose who are having their own car

At least one option for Asian / Indian breakfast should be there

Jacuzzi is not part of the free spa. You pay additional for it to use it.

Staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good.

Bathroom door could not be closed and there was not hot water. Not enough space in spa area. Water in the pool was cold and you had to pay extra for the jacuzzi.

The staff was always ready to assist with requests, especially considering the fact that we came with a baby: baby bed, feeding chair and off-the-menu food. The set menu in the restaurant consists of Serbian specialties and very well priced.

The sliding doors to the bathroom are made in a way that they cannot be fully closed and bathroom amenities are quite scarce.

No AC, no electricity, too expensive

We've stayed here a few times. The rooms were clean except for the carpeted floors. They had lots of stains and it makes room look unclean. Also the room faced the street and lots of noise with trucks etc .. But the staff are very friendly.

Don't like that they smoke inside. You smell the smoke and it is uncomfortable for those of us that don't smoke.

Without AC it could get quite warm and hot during the day. We had to leave our windows open at night only to get bugs in the room. It is recommended that at least portable fans are provided to guests during the summer months or nets to keep bugs out are supplied.Lack of AC or being too cold disturbed our sleep at night and there was nothing much that could be done.

Everything was perfect about the hotel. All the staff was very kind, very accomodating and helping specially Yalena. The breakfast was good.

Exceptional staff, clean rooms, tasty foodKindergarden is huge and staff working with kids are excellent. Free parking.Wifi in all areas.We did not visit pools.I recommend hotel Mir for families with kids.

In room two bads together not confortable for families with kids.

Food was ok. Room was quiet.

Parking was snowed in, there were no lights eather. Towels were dirty. You have to book tubs. We asked for big bed, got two standard tied with a band that snapped during night. Not so comfortable eather. Shower isnt done so well so expect flood evey time you shower.
