Due to remodeling it was too noisy that I couldn¿t have good rest

Spa costs extra and might be fully booked!

It says spa and wellness. But there is none. There is only a extra building where you have to pay extra. And during our stay there was not even a slot available. Furthermore we had a room with balcony. I expected something to sit outside at the fresh air. But it was just the most ugly extra room with looked windows and nothing to sit. I think it's just the escape for the emergency exit.

The experience fell short of my expectations.

I was disappointed with the breakfast overall. Not only was it disappointing in terms of quality, but I also had to pay for coffee (2 cups- approximately USD 5). Secondly I feel misled by the hotel’s listing on Booking.com. It indicated that sauna and hammam were available for fee. I checked with them and they asked me to get a paid massage or peeling and only then I was told that I would be able to sit in the sauna. This contradicts what is given on the website.

Very good choice of breakfeast and tastes good, i recommend.

Rooms are outdated and old, mostly things work but not very good.

Great value for money, slightly out of dead centre location was good. Still convenient for everything though. Staff friendly and helpful great breakfast buffet.

Hot water took a few minutes to reach the second floor

Suite itself was way above my expectations - huge size, comfortable, everything works, nicely appointed, clean. Coffee at the lobby bar was fantastic!

Location is awful in the middle of mixed residential/commercial zone constantly plagued by heavy traffic - there was no noise impact due to soundproofing, but getting and and out of hotel was a pain almost all the time. Breakfast is simply awful and is probably the worst ever i had in any hotel, let alone 5-star.

The staff is super nice and hepful, it makes the stay worthy but I doubt this is a 5 star hotel. It is quite old, bad wifi, no smart TV, and we did not have warm water one day. For the price is OK, but it would not hurt to have it modernized a bit.

Very spacious and confortable rooms and bathroom. Very clean and very cozy. Breakfast is also amazing. Best hotel that we found in Kyrgysztan so far. The SPA is also highly recomended. One of my best massage so far.

Front office staffs were good Break fast was good And they have provided charger adapter also

I asked one extra bottle drinking water, they said 1 bottle per day and that one bottle was small For one person can’t enough that small bottle water

Very good breakfast with variety of foods. I especially liked kefir.

There was an occasional noise from construction project nearby . Also there was no water for a period of time staff blaming it on mains problem outside the hotel.

Excellent except the GP which is exposed as furniture, not tuned and not used at all!

The grand piano was not tuned and available as a furniture but not as an excellent music instrument!

My stay at this hotel turned out to be extremely disappointing. From the very first moments of interacting with the young and clearly inexperienced staff, it was evident that the service was lacking. Unfortunately, my impressions worsened even more when I discovered my room was heavily smoked in and permeated with the unpleasant smell of cigarettes, making my stay almost unbearable.The spa policy, which requires the mandatory purchase of additional services for access, seemed absurd and unfair to me. This only confirmed my feeling that the interests and comfort of guests are put last.The particularly disheartening attitude towards guests not participating in the casino created a sense of clear discrimination. All these factors combined led me to the decision to leave the hotel just a few hours after check-in, despite having already paid for my stay.In conclusion, I want to add that this hotel does not deserve even three stars it might claim. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experiences and observations clearly indicate that it's better to choose another option for your vacation or business trip.

Clean and quiet

Though i booked room with balcony, still I had to smoke outside hotel building ?

Nice suite room. Good value for money.

There was an attached night club. We realised it after reaching there. So it is not a good place for familiesNo hand pipe in some wash rooms.

Location is good, stuff is very polite.

Definitely not a 5* hotel. Probably something in between 3* and 4*. Pool is closed during low season and there’s no other option. Spa is extra money and slightly overpriced. Breakfast is just too simple and not very fresh for a 5* hotel.Price/quality is all right though. Toilet accessories is pretty much cheapest you can find. Overall it’s 6-7/10 for a 5* hotel. I’ve been in a few 4* hotel which are newer and better. Just saying.
