Solutel Hotel

The room was very large and well appointed. Most importantly the staff were excellent and very helpful.

Our family room was spacious enough for easy movement. It featured a Superior King bed, a five-seater sofa, a table, chairs, and a coat hanger, leaving ample space to navigate. The staff were kind, attentive, and quick to respond to our needs. Numerous restaurants are located across the street, with many popular attractions within walking distance from the hotel. Additionally, the hotel offers complimentary bike rentals.

The restaurant had a limited menu but suggested exploring multi-cuisine options. On one occasion, the coffee sachets in the room were discovered to be expired; however, once this issue was reported, it was quickly addressed.

The hotel is under renovation. The construction workers were all the time and it was disaster.I complain several times on reception , but they did not do anything, didn have authority over the construction workers., It was like in construction zone , very unpleasant. If you decide to make reconstruction either you lower the price , inform the guests or close down that part of the hotel For me is not reasonable to charge the full price and bother the guests.

This is our preferred stopover in Bishkek after touring the country - we've stayed four times now. It is in a quiet street and the beds are very comfortable.

The rooms are looking a bit faded.

The bed is great ? Comfortable and very large

The towels need to change. Too old and grey-(

The staff working at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. They were very professional and spoke very good English. They have actually helped us with translation when we tried booking our next accommodation. The location was close by the city center. We would definitely go back.

Carpet in the rooms

non-smoking room was smoked...( Door to the balcony couldn't be closed properly. I didn't complain (It didn't bother me too much), but a/c engine which is installed on the balcony was a bit loud.

1. 100% correct photo my apartment2. Very friendly staff.3. we have solved 100% of all my requests.

A small hotel, central but tucked away from busy roads. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.

Certain things need to be updated, but nothing so drastic. It’s a clean and pleasant place overall.

I like the spacious rooms with tasty food

Bidet showers should be available

Good for stopover - helpful staff, comfortable room, nice breakfast.

Staff was wonderful. Good location, big rooms and tasty breakfast. Mr. Enert at the front desk was very helpful.

Gym can be made better.

The staff were all delightful - very friendly and helpful

I have one complaint, I used the laundry service and ticked the "next day" option. The laundry was done sooner and 50% added to the price, making it expensive. I had not requested the faster service so did not think the price increase was appropriate. The receptionist resolved the situation and I paid the original agreed price - so all worked out in the end.

nice big room. big bathroom and all amenities available. very kindly staff. very helpful and service was on time. thank you to staff. hope the location was nicer.

at the breakfast fresh juice was not there. and Turkish tea was not ready on time.

Location, breakfast, room, staff - excelent as always

Very nice and clean hotel comfortable and nice amenities and facilities in the hotel and room.

Uploading internet speed could be a little faster for business hotel.

The room size is really big, we stayed at room looks like a one-bedroom apartment with separate living room and big bathroom. The staff is super friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who actually was great support and provide all our requirements in no time. They also arranged for the PCR test in our room and sent the printed results to us. The location is perfect near everything in Bishkek. They also provide free covered parking. Really good value for money.

Gym equipment needs improvement. The view is not that good.

The breakfast was very delicious. Good location, friendly staff and very clean hotel. Highly recommend.

Very stylish and huge room, responsive staff, great location - central and yet quiet, walking distance to the main square and highly rated restaurants. Would recommend to anyone and defenetly will stay here again.

Location of the hotel is very convenient if you travel with business purposes - business centers, restaurants, shopping malls are all around in walking distance. Very clean, comfortable hotel with extremely friendly staff.
