Shah Palace Hotel

Very centrally located and walkable to most sights in Bishkek. The front desk staff were outstanding -- very friendly and helpful!

The location was wonderful. It was right near the city where I could go enjoy lots of delicious food, walk around the parks and take in the fresh cold air and do some convenient shopping.

The wifi wasn’t working the entire time I was there. They would constantly tell me that the issue would be resolved the next day but it never was so that was disappointing.

Breakfast was great, the staff were extremely helpful, and the room had lots of amenities for the price. Highly recommended, I'll be staying here again the next time I'm in Bishkek

Air conditioner was not working at all. Staff didn’t help me with the problem at all. I couldn’t sleep 2 nights. And I changed the hotel afterwards.

Məcbur olub çantalarla taksidən düşüb piyada hotelə getdim.

Super location, cosy place, kind staff

Great communication, great facilities, very comfortable beds, nice bathroom including everything, very good breakfast and very friendly staff. Good location and very safe.

Staff was only friendly in conversation. They didn't provide water in Room, As we asked for water from reception, they asked for money. Even I told them water is free for room. U hv to provide minimum two bottles for two persons, they told only housekeeping staff will provide, and Imagin House keeping staff Didn't provide water and not even clean room in two days stay....! Breakfast ... Too cold, not fresh, even no staff was there to facilitate or guide. Pathetic stay never ever Recommend this hotel to anyone!

Very central location, very spacious clean and warm room. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Staff was polite.

The street in front of the hotel is under construction (maybe forever) and when raining/snowing it was quite challenging to not get your shoes dirty.

The hotel didn't have the room I had booked - the Junior Comfort Suite with 2 single beds - so I had to downgrade to a Standard Twin. Much smaller room but a lower price. There must be some discrepancy between the hotel systems and Booking.com?

Our room was spacious as was the bathroom. The room and bathroom was clean and everything works, at least for 4 out of the 5 rooms we booked. The sitting area in front of the hotel with tables and chairs was nice. (After cleaning off the layer of dust from the unpaved road...)

We were a group of friends travelling together (5 couples). One couple had a room with an air conditioner that wasn't working well, and they had to pay more to upgrade to a bigger room.The water dispenser ran out of water on the second day of our stay and was still out of water the next morning when we left.Breakfast only started at 8am. The hotel location, while just a short walk from the shops and parks, fronted a road that was not paved (loose stones). Maybe it's not the hotel's fault; maybe the authorities were doing some road repair...? Still it did not make for pleasant walking.I would describe the hotel as "functional"; nothing like its grand name.

The manager was unkind when we ordered a taxi to Ala Archa national park. She said one price, but when we returned she demand more money. Next day when we asked for the taxi to airport she said a higher price than it is.

Very helpful, easily accommodated our changing flight information for the airport taxi. Location was great, in the center of town. Very quiet and calm place to stay

very friendly, English speaking staff, generous that we could extend breakfast over the given time and also depart 2 hours later without extra cost than their departure time - we appreciated it very much.

Good Location. 15-20 mins walk to be center. Around 10 mins to the bars and various restaurants. Very safe at night. No issues at all.

Limited breakfast. But wasn't a big concern for me.
