Small nice hotel with friendly staff

The fitness is awuful, one treading mill, everything else wasn’t available

Staff was very nice and polite, location good, room nice. They were keeping my suitcase for few days before I came back to hotel. Restaurant is good and working whole day

The wireless connection was not all the time reliable. As the windows are not well insulated, it was cold sometimes and it was noisy as the hotel is located on the busy road. The hotel was rather far away from the centre although on the booking web site it said it was close. My room was not properly cleaned when I arrived.

the photos in booking are different with real room. deluxe room is smaller and there is no furniture like the photo in booking, there is no bathtub.it is a total fraud

there was some prolonged argument about promised free transfer to airport and 24h delay with the issue of the invoice both were resolved by involvement of the hotel owner (you may be not so lucky to meet her); this is not 4 star hotel for sure. My case was opened during my absence. WiFi was very unstable

Nice, compact hotel, near Asia Mall. Since big mall is in walking distance, no problems with the restaurants shopping and food.On the 1st floor is small bar and cafeteria with snacks. It's good enough to stay couple of days during business trip.Staff is friendly.

Hotel is considered as 4 star, but normal coffee you should buy separately during breakfast. Food choice is not big. Cleaning is not every day, and during cleaning they are "forgetting" top up tea and coffee in minibar.No complimentary bottled water. Only water carafe with drinking water is available. In the deluxe room fan in bathroom is not working((. The street is noisy since traffic policemen on the road is using whistle for traffic regulation, usually morning time((.

Very spacious rooms with nice layout and friendly decoration. Very clean and super comfortable bed. Breakfast is always fresh with a nice selection. Staff are very nice and always available for advice and help. There is a big mall close to the hotel with a very nice foodcourt, that was a plus as I didn't have to walk or travel far to eat :) Will surely come back on my next visit to Bishkek.

The WiFi in the room was very slow. WiFi in the lobby, on the other hand, is very good!

quite nice hotel and room was comfortable. All staff are kind and helpfull. They have a nice and big bath-tub and i like that .

Wifi is little bit slow but okey i had a simcard from airport and i was okey . For my opinion breakfast is week and product are not very good quaily maybe under mid. quailtylocation of hotel is okey but bit far from city center and you have to use taxi for everywhere. the wiew of hotel is just a random street and i dont see and mountain wiew

the hotel is too far from the centre, it is at the inzersection of two busy roads and mornings and evenings you get a lot of crazy honking
