Evropa Hotel

The staff is friendly and accommodating. We booked an airport pick-up from the hotel and accidentally my husband left his backpack in the car, but the hotel managed to arrange with the driver to deliver the bag on the same day. The room size is enough for 2, I like the working space they provide in the room, making me comfortable when I need to work with laptop. The restaurant where we have the breakfast is nicely decorated, love it! The location is strategic, in the center. Overall, all is good.

The hot water is not stable, not a big issue thou, however it's better if it can be improved.

Staff - kind, hard working staffFood - the includes breakfast is made by an award winning restaurant attached to the hotel. And it’s fabulous! It’s a spacious verdant/botanical feel. Omelette on demand, 6 hot breakfast options, vegetables, fresh fruits, coffee machine, many cereal options, Kefir, jam, juices, 3 types of hard boiled eggs, breads, sweet cheese blinis. We came back for another short stay just for breakfast. Dinner - we came for dinner with live music on our first night and had the most beautiful pavlova for dessert. Laundry - laundry service was incredibly fast, overnight, delivered folded to our room. We chose laundry service weight, as opposed to pressed, which came out much more cost efficient. Though it’d still list item quantities. Transfer - quiet and very polite driver picked us up at the airport and took us all the way to check in. Bellhop - very attentive to our questions and helped us find our room and gave us a tour of the facilities.

Getting inside parking area is a bit tricky

Most staff were really nice like the receptionist, housekeeping, and bellboy. Good location as there are 3 malls that are walking distance. I also loved the restaurant next door Lesnoy!

Our shower was broken. The hotel could not fix it, so they ended up making us shower at the sauna area which was not comfortable. The technician who tried to fix the shower was rude. He made a mess in the bathroom and did not notify housekeeping or the receptionist about his mess. He also lied to the front desk and said that he fixed the shower when in fact another technician came in the morning and found the shower still broken. We had a long trip that day and just wanted to relax. The broken shower made our stay uncomfortable, and we ended up sleeping late because the technician tried fixing it from 11 PM to 12:30 AM without success. Because we were so tired from the night prior, our trip the next day got delayed as well.

Beautifully renovated hotel with super clean, modern facilities and an excellent breakfast at a top-rated restaurant in Bishkek. Within a 15-minute walk to the main square and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants. Would absolutely choose Evropa Hotel again if staying in Bishkek.

Absolutely loved our stay at this hotel in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to relax after a day of exploring the city. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning, which offered a great variety of options. Overall, everything was top-notch, and I can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bishkek!

Rooms could be bigger ...they definitely need to give body lotion as a room kit

The hotel was very clean and spacious. All amenities were provided and restocked, and staff were friendly and very helpful. I was traveling for work, and the wifi was fast and reliable. The breakfast had a lot of options to choose from, with a barista making you your favorite coffee. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations and would stay there again.

There isn't much that I didn't like - perhaps the elevator which seemed a bit wonky at times.

A small maintenance issue with the rain showerhead which seems a bit fragile. Otherwise it was a really pleasant stay. Great breakfast too

Fantastic stay - room was well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of variety. Staff was very helpful. Location is excellent, a 15-20 mins walk to main sights (Victory Square, Panivlov Park, Ala Too Square). Would stay again!

Nothing to complaint

It is a very clean and cozy property very close to all the tourist places. A bigggg thank you to the staff at the hotel who went above and beyond to take care of all our needs They took care of an emergency health situation with us by arranging for doctors and following up with us for the slightest of needs. Thank you to the staff especially at the reception!The staff speak fairly good English which is a bonus!
