My Hotel Bishkek

Hotel location was good. Breakfast was fair with a good coffee machine.

I was on the second floor away from the elevator. I could hear the Next door neighbor through the paper, thin walls

Location, near to malls. 5 mins walk to Dordoi Plaza and 12 minutes walk to Tsum mall

Breakfast food is cold

But a huge kudos to the receptionist Adil who has been of tremendous help ?? * Luggages dropped off the previous day* Short of change for Yandex, Adil helped* Good room size, clean bathroom with big shower* Comfortable beds* Convient location nearby restaurants, coffee shops, and mall* Adil also helped us purchase bus tickets online

Rooms on the street side can get a big noisy, but it wasn't a problem for us

Price was alright for what I needed. The places I wanted to visit were closeby. The room appliances worked and clean. Nothing to complain or which to add.

Breakfast could have had more options and maybe the juices fresh. Otherwise than that the staff was really friendly and communication was good.

First the reception, you feel like helping yourself to the service. Second we complained regarding the AC not working, and the answer was we can't do anything!!!!Third be ready because you can hear all the conversation in the room next to you. Seriously ALL. 18+

The property was very nice and well-maintained. The room was clean and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. The bathroom was also spotless and well-equipped. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay!

The water was out one day and night. They said it was a city problem and provided bottles of water to wash with. The walls are kind of thin so you can hear the TV and voices from the rooms next door

Centrally located, just a walking distance away from Plaza Mall and other major retail stores, KFC is about 250 meters away. Breakfast buffet is really good.

Rooms aren’t soundproof.

the girl at the reception during my check in was not hospitable and she was rude. no name badge. to the owner or manager i would recommend to train your staff basic things such as smile and proper check in procedure. dislike for the first impression ruins whole experience

The breakfast is good, the room was clean, smells nice and perfect for 3 guests. The location is accessible to many places. The staff are accommodating, it was good that they know how to converse in the language we know.

The stairs are not leveled and efficient for tall people, the air conditioning system is not working continuously. I recommend soundproof walls.

The hotel is located in central part of the city. The room assigned to me is clean and spacious. The bed is very comfortable. Breakfast was okay. The reception staff could work on being more welcoming and accommodating.

The property wasn’t particularly special, the beds were very soft and the walls are paper thin. The location is ok, you get what you pay for.

The breakfast was superb and the staff were so nice!

The partition of my room to the other room is only made of wood. You couldn’t play the music on the phone because unfortunately, the other room can hear it. I am sleeping when the receptionist that my room is loud.

The location is exactly in the city, very near the mall, bus station and restaurants

Poor soundproof. You can literally hear the snoring in the other room.

The location is near the center city of bishkek. There is walkable restaurants, malls and cafe’s in the area. They clean the room everyday, especially they change towels.

You can here voices and footsteps in the next room

I can hear every breath of the guests in the next rooms!There is not any sound insulation between the rooms. It looks like curtains instead of walls.
