Wrong location in google map, AC was noisy, breakfast was late for 1 hour. No service at all! Doesn’t worth this money!!!

Breakfast was O.K. It is brought from a nearby hotel Bridges of the same hotel chain. This means that the selection is limited, porridge is good but possibly cold till the time of eating breakfast. А simple improvement could be done: bring a jar of cold water and some juice (морс, компот), not only hot tea/coffee. In the hotel bathroom, a carpet/towel on floor would make easier to use the shower. The hotel room was spacious and good, the personell friendly and helpful, thank you for making me feel home!

The main problem this time was created by noisy neighbours, whose parties prevented my sleeping in two nights. The hotel took actions by calling guards the first night, in the second they reassured us by telling that these guests will leave next morning. Anyway, too nights without sleeping properly is not acceptable. Another serious problem was lack of electric power over ca 18 hours, from one afternoon to another midday. All neighbouring houses got power normally, so the problem seems to have been specific for this particular hotel, and possibly not due to a technical issue. Extended lack of power influenced everything - fridge, breakfast, possibility to work with computer, charge phone, make tea in the room etc. that is also unacceptable

Wonderful staff who went to meet and settled us earlier than planned. Beautiful clean rooms with everything you need. Very convenient location of the hotel.

Poorly cleaned room, lack of soap and shower gel. There are traces of ceiling leaks in the bathroom, it needs repairs

The hotel needs to up its game in terms of cleaning. At best, our room could be classed as surface clean. Upper shelves in the wardrobes had dust layers that must have accumulated over weeks. The beds hadn’t been moved in months. Our bed was moved by hotel staff to undertake AC maintenance. What was revealed after moving was nothing short of disgusting. I wanted to write positive comments about the hotel. I do like the property and yes, I will probably stay again. It is good value for money. Please get the housekeeping sorted out. It’s not difficult

Chyngz and Aigerim and Akyl from the FDO were so helpful, nice and friendly.

Might be better to have a small fridge, a more bright washroom lighting and a bidet
