The Receptionist was great.Courteous and helpful.Sadly the shortfalls were beyond here ability to fix.Good shower too.
There was Internet, but it didn't reach the 2nd floor. There were two usb sockets. Use one and you're ok. Use two and power is cut to both. This appears to be a place looking to make the best possible financial return for the lowest possible spend.
Great reception. Made to feel very welcome and given a lovely recommendation for where to eat ?
