Sure Hotel by Best Western Beziers Le Monestie

The people, they were all so nice, so welcoming! The room were well kept and spacious.

This was our second visit, lovely staff, good location for visiting the town. The rooms are modern and clean.

My only issue is they only supply one pillow per person.

The hotel was modern and clean. Easy access from motorway. A 5 minute trip into town. The historic area is well worth a visit. Plenty or bars and restaurants to choose from. We have visited many times.

They offer breakfast which is hood but full meals are not available.

Facilities not very good. The price for the room we had was expensive, the decor needs attention. We paid extra for a balcony all we had was an over grown tree and above the dustbins

This hotel shouldent have any star,,,,a hostel is better

Lamp shades beside bed broken, no electrical outlet around the bed, the bathroom had a wall deviing the shower but no light, no fire alarm in the room…this hotel needs a major refurb before it comes close to getting a star, breakfast was a total disaster and they need to move in a skip and dump metal chairs from 1950 that have no comfort for the most rubenesque backside

Great hotel with a pool. Rooms are comfortable and modern.

Wi-Fi wasn't great for work meetings.

Pool was lovely to cool down. Rooms comfortable, good showers and breakfast was great. Staff generally good but oddly reluctant to give us a towel each, so had to share towels. Bus right out side takes you to centre of Beziers. Stored our luggage while we went to Beziers prior to check in.

Didn’t get a towel each in family room. Three sharing with only two bath towels. This happened in both our family rooms. We asked for another towel but staff didn’t give us one. Nice enough about it, but must be policy.

Dissapointed stay but with friendly people of the hotel

Our room was not very clean. On the canape we still had dirty bedsheets with stil baby items in it. Also the shower holder was broken and in the bathroom the sink was not connected well anymore. Really shame as my children also had the impression it was very creepy due to old ‘style’. The pictures are very different.

Everything clean and free parking - the staff was also very friendly.

No elevators, a bit steril and old fashioned. Quite expensive for the area.

A lovely quiet hotel ideally situated not far from the motorway.

Only supply microwaveable evening meals

The Staff were so helpful and friendly ( despite us arriving grumpy from a very long drive) , nice big room, lovely reception area and breakfast area, safe gates parking.

Well prepared breakfast, with lots of choice. In a quite part of town but not to far from everything. The pool area was very inviting and comfortable. Would diffenitly stay there again...

The fact the All Blacks lost to France the night of our stay...

We loved our stay! The staff were super helpful seeing that we spoke little to no French :) what was even more lovely is that one of the staff offered some of her hair conditioner to me since we hadn't had a chance to get to the town upon arrival! These little things go a very long way and they also ensured our daughter had warm milk at night :) they even called us to ensure we didn't miss breakfast as we accidentally slept in the next day! Super heart warming and inviting staff! Definitely a must visit for that 'home away from home' feeling! 5 stars
