The location, breakfast and the cleanness!

Finding a very good hotel in Albania, is very rare. This one fulfilled our expectation in total. Very good hotel, super friendly staff and the breakfast was delicious. We deffinitely will come back. The woman in the reception was the highlight (very helpful and friendly).

Staff were amazing. Hotel very clean. The beds were so comfortable. Fresh towels everyday. A very short walk to a lovely beach. Just at the start of the strip so nice and quiet area

The room was very cozy and clean, the breakfast was super taste

The receptionist was very helpful and kind.

Would have chosen another hotel, it is not worth the money and breakfast is very poor.

Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, great parking and close to beach & shops.

Only thing I could comment on that would benefit the place is having a kettle in the room.

The hotel was very nice , clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good , just in the room towels were very rough and you couldn't use them cause it can scratch your skin , just for that I am disappointed

Hotel is modern, furnishings are fresh and extremely clean, beds are wonderfully soft, air-conditioning is very efficient.The staff are outstanding, genuinely warm and happy to help with any questions about the area or just to have a general chat.The breckfast was really good, every day there was a rotating selection of fresh home made hot dishes, literally a local person making the foods they give to their own family on a special occasion.

The location was okay, 15-20 minutes walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. The breakfast was also good. Staff was kind. The room was clean.

It’s a small building, definitely overrated to be 4 stars. Only kettle with 2 glasses, no coffee or tea provided. The sea view is far( even for the sea view rooms) it is through buildings. The room was small for 3.

Really friendly staff and accommodating. Odysseus the owner even rushed out to the local kiosk at midnight to get us snacks for the drinks we were having at the bar. Made our Ksamil experience even better.

Breakfast was very good with some daily changes to the food selection offered. Young receptionist did her utmost to accommodate every request and make our stay as good as possible.

No lift, smell of sewage although this is not entirely the Hotel fault. Hotel took immediate action to fix the problem and to relocate us but it was still an inconvenient. 1 night AC went off.

Friendly staff, good value for money, good variety at breakfast. Really helpful when booking taxis/excursions etc

I would have liked the option of a kettle in the room for drinking tea/coffee. It would be helpful if breakfast was labelled so that we know what each dish is.

Staff member Laura was exceptional. So helpful and friendly. Laura went above and beyond what I would normally expect.Breakfast was excellent. Room and cleanliness were excellent. We even managed to get towels and have a shower before leaving on the last day.

It is the furthest out hotel from the main hub of beaches and restaurants however it was only a 10-15 walk in so not too much of an issue.

Great location, all activities close but the hotel is at the end so no loud noise is heard at night for good night sleep. Big room with balcony. Great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff.

"My stay at Citrus Hotel was wonderful. The location is very close to the beaches. The hotel is exceptionally clean; rooms are tidied daily with fresh towels and sheets provided. The staff is incredibly friendly and even assisted with our luggage. The overall atmosphere is cheerful; we enjoyed lively evenings with guests from Romania, Albania, and other countries, making it feel like a party every night. Mustafa, the owner, is an outstanding host; his hospitality was truly delightful, always treating us with kindness and even serving excellent Italian coffee. If I return, I would definitely choose Citrus Hotel again. In summary, I highly recommend this hotel—it was one of my best holidays ever.

Everything was full - full :))) Super friendly Staff. Upgrade for the Room. Nice breakfast. Modern and clean room. Perfect panorama ;)))) For sure not the first and not the last time here :)))
