The staff was outstanding! They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location is great, with only a short bus ride into Interlaken. The breakfast and dinner was exceptional.

There was no minifridge, but the staff did put a few drinks on ice for us.

The team extended a most welcoming reception, and I am truly grateful for their warm hospitality. It was a distinct privilege to have access to such amazing gourmet dining conveniently located just downstairs from our rooms. The hotel's location itself is a few minutes away from Interlaken Ost train station, which was exactly what I was looking for, away from the crowds. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Wish there were shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.

We really enjoyed our room in a charming chalet style, with a wonderful spacious terrace — it was definitely a highlight. The restaurant downstairs was also very good, making it convenient to simply head down for dinner.

On the downside, it was a bit pricey, although to be fair, accommodations in this area generally are. The breakfast buffet was somewhat disappointing: when items ran out, they weren’t replenished. Althought was tasty and good quality. It would have been nice if the waitress had been a bit more patient.

It was beyond my expectations! The ambience; attention to detail, and the friendliness and accommodation of the staff!

Great breakfast w made to order eggs from very attentive ladies who helped us with directions too! Dinner was delicious as well and was referrered to us by a lady on a city bus as one of the best spots to eat so we ate the second night as well!

The team at Hotel-Restaurant Burgseeli made our stay so special. We were very comfortable with our large family, breakfast was delicious every day, and the property was beautiful. The rooms were a great size- uncommon for Europe- and it allowed plenty of space for the crib we requested for our toddler.

Rather small but cosy room.

It’s a nice little hotel away from city noise. It is situated next to the mountain with fantastic views.

Lack of staff. Though Mike who was our host was super friendly and helpful, he is a one man show. He needs help. Also, the breakfast was very basic and below average. It needs improvement.

The walk to the bus is a little long to get into town. It was only long because I had an injury. It's not that easy to get into town as one was led to believe online.

It was super hot when we went. The room has no AC but they only provided a small fan which wasn’t sufficient. Also bathroom had no door! lol

We had a wonderful stay here for three nights. Staff were great, and the dinners were fantastic! The location was within 20-30 minutes of all the sites we came to the area to see. Highly recommended by many, and it lived up to all of our expectations! Thank you.

The view from the room was breathtaking, a true postcard scene of Interlaken. No A/C in the room so it was a little hot at night.

This was a really lovely inn in a beautiful spot. There are views of the alps from all around. It's an easy few stops on the bus from Interlaken Ost, with a bus stop pretty close to the inn. The food and staff were just wonderful. The restaurant serves fantastic regional dishes that were very high quality.

In comparison to dinner, breakfast wasn't outstanding, but still enough variety and tasty to get through the morning.

It’s really beautiful place to stay. It was clean and really close to everything we needed. The breakfast was tasty. Few options, but the taste was really good. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful.

The toilet and the shower was really, really dark. The receptionist was pretty condescending, talking as if we were too stupid to understand basic sentence, I do understand that some people need to be told multiple times ( I was a receptionist for 2 years) but he should really work on his face card, maybe if I was a man with Maserati I would have gotten different treatment. We did order takeout and couldn’t consume it in the room. I knew cooking and smoking was prohibited, but eating in the room we paid for is just ridiculous. We were told to eat it outside in the drizzle of rain. I have never came across such thing.

Cosy room with stunning views. Friendly staff. 25 minute walk into Interlaken or 5 min bus ride. Amazing dinner at reasonable prices for Switzerland. Basic but adequate breakfast. Lovely Swiss atmosphere and would definitely return.

On a main road, so there was some traffic noise early morning.

It is a nice little hotel in a quiet location with a breathtaking view. The rooms are comfortable, very nice and very clean. The bed is very comfortable, the sheets are high quality and the pillows are very comfortable. There is a coffee machine in the room, with chocolates offered. The staff is very kind, friendly and attentive to the needs of the customers. The breakfast is very good, made with high quality local products. Everything is perfect, and I will definitely come back again.
