Too many people smoking at the entrance every day we were there

Great breakfast, beautiful location and great views, room was comfortable and good size with nice bathroom, hosts super friendly. Small town is a bit outside Interlaken, but very convenient to bus/train.

Wish they didn’t allow smoking on the patio/balconies.

Its a great place to stay the room,porch and a wonderful view.Great staff from the owners to their employee. The only problem we did not stay long enough.Hope to be back next year....

Stay was to short

Great location by the lake with beautiful sceneries and tranquility. A must hotel to stay with great spacious rooms overlooking the lake with great customer service and good food. Easy bus and train access from Interlaken OST train station. They give u free city transportation pass which makes it a great experience ❤️❤️❤️

Everything was just par excellence

Marc, David, and the rest of his staff went above and beyond in every way - this was our favorite hotel that we have ever stayed in. It felt like we were family! My husband and I got ready and had first look here before our wedding in Spiez. Absolutely gorgeous view on the balcony overlooking Lake Brienzersee. Realizing that we had forgotten to get a bouquet/boutonnière the morning of our wedding, Marc and David came to the rescue, not only giving us a recommendation, but picking up the bouquet themselves to bring back to our hotel while we continued to get ready. Could not have asked for better staff!Amazing views, accommodations, breakfast, and location! A free bus pass to get to Interlaken area was provided as well as well as a discount for other buses/trains. If you are staying in the Interlaken area, definitely stay at Hotel Brienzersee - you won’t regret it!

Our room was not on the lakeside (we didn't book lakeview room). Breakfast area, lounge area and outside sitting area (with tables and chair) all are overlooking beautiful lake.

Perfect!!! Room is clean. Friendly and very accommodating staff. The view is awesome. Very nice breakfast. Very nice property.

Almost all. One important that i really like is they have bidet in the bathroom. The room is really spacious with tje perfect view. The owner is really kind and helpfull. I will go back to this Hotel if i come to Interlaken ?

The most wonderful view, service and comfort. The owners are full of information about the surrounding area and were quick to suggest activities for the time of year. We will be coming back in the summer to experience a completely different landscape!

Location is great and the view is stunning

The hotel is very comfortable and the rooms are spacious. The best part was having a view of the lake. It was from a movie. David, Mark, Lindsey were amazing hosts. They give you passes for the public transportation in the town which was a big bonus. The breakfast was vast and varied. It was the perfect way to start the day.

Hotel: The hotel has a very good key system to prevent outsiders from entering, making it feel very safe. And location very good, you can see Brienz Lake from room, but room is a bit small for 3 person/3 nights. The hotel has plenty of parking spaces for those who drive, don't worry. And a good internet wifi.Staff: when I check in very nice women, she have very .. very good service mind, she is willing to subport many information that is helpful.

Room: is a bit small for 3 person/3 nights.The Breakfast: Some of food in buffet line is out, even though the breakfast time had not yet ended.

The hotel is rated 3 stars, but in my opinion, it truly deserves 5 stars without a doubt! The view is absolutely stunning, the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, breakfast is available, and the hotel is very clean.Most importantly, the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful — special thanks to Mark and to all the other staff members as well!Thank you very much, and I will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Switzerland! ??❤️? ??

Great location with good parking facilities. Amazing view on the lake. Very friendly and helpful staff who make it their job to make your stay the best.

Although the single room was amazing, it was sort of in the attick which meant that the floor could not be reached by elevator.

The staff is very friendly， and breakfast is amazing. Hope to visit again and book the room with lake view.

We rented the apartment and the balcony with views of the lake and mountains was a highlight of the stay. The breakfast each morning was better than we expected too. The close proximity to the train station and the bus stop made this an ideal location

The additional taxes, but that is Switzerland.

The room was beautiful, with a terrace facing the lake, which was a truly stunning view. It was very clean and tidy, and there was a skylight above the bed, so on a clear night you could see the stars. The hotel is also very close to the bus station, train station, and pier, making transportation very convenient.

The view from this hotel is unbeatable. We booked lake view rooms and we can’t help but stay in the balcony most of the time. It is in Riggenberg nearby Interlaken. The hotel staff was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great in the hotel. We utilized their outdoor patio seating for the breakfast. We will stay here only whenever we are in Switzerland and Interlaken area. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was just perfect.

The room has a great view of the lake; it was beautiful. The room was clean. The breakfast was full of options. It was a quiet area. It is one station after Interlaken OST. It is about 3 hours from Zurich Airport.

The wifi was not working for both nights. The elevator only goes up to the 3rd floor.

Best stay hands down for views of lake brienz. This is my second time stay here and loved it again. Staff is extremely friendly and breakfast is very good!

Bathroom had some smell constantly. I hope they resolve it.
