Hotel Comendador

The lovely woman at the front desk was helpful and welcoming. We slept well in the room, and the location was excellent.

We would have liked a couple more pillows for reading and relaxing.

Great parking lot, room with a lot of space.

There was noises, like utilities/hydraulics and people working from very early in the morning (maybe staff prepairing breakfast?) , but I was in the third floor, not close to restaurant. I couldn't sleep later than 4:30/5:00am. Rooms need more insulation. Furniture is outdated. Also, 90€ a night for a small city like that is quite expansive.

The location it was close to family.

Had no tea or coffee in the room, also they did not serve wine in the next door cafe/bar which was attached to the hotel had to walk down the road to another cafe/bar that did serve wine.

I stayed for 20 days. The hotel is very clean. The staff, especially at the Reception desk , are exceptional. Very accommodating, very patient, very helpful. I switched rooms and was able to get a more comfortable and spacious room. The cleaning is very well done, and it is done daily! The breakfast is healthy and plentiful.

the rusty soap holders in the bathrooms need to be replaced--they take away from the whole clean and serene ambience.

Nice room, but floor may need be better cleaned. Wc is nice and clean but may need some warehouse fixes,Breakfast is nice but may need a capuchinho / expresso machine.

The room was very spacious and clean. All beds were confortable. Car park at the back really helps.

We left very early in the morning and the lady in reception turn off the garden lights so it was pitch black and when my husband went to take all the suitcases to the car he missed a step and fell off and hurted himself on his back but hes ok now. That wasn't very nice.

For a 3 star hotel this was extremely good. Very clean, comfy beds and good continental breakfast. Excellent value for money.

The waitress at breakfast was downright rude and ignorant. Hotel is a little tired.

Breakfast excellent. Alexandra at reception was really friendly and helpful. Having a bar next door which does simple but good food was a bonus as I arrived at 9pm in the evening. Lovely balcony to look down from. Quiet and good hotel and excellent value for money.

This not iur 1st stay and although a short stay it was as usual a quite pleasant one.

Should invest a little more in cleaning and in certain details such as the fixtures… the holders of toilet paper roll, shower, towel rails and faucets as well as the window found not in its best state and full of stains…

The staff it was friendly

Allot noise from 8am onwards.Breakfast very poor and is the same thing everydays. Bed very uncomfortable Pillows very small

Access to the hotel and parking was easy, check in and staff very friendly and more than helpfull
