Pretty good?

No air condition in our room even though it said on the booking.com there was ! Maybe there is in some rooms but definitely not in all of them.

It was right by the castle!

There is no AC in rooms and it was really hot that day so we were sweating in the room. Pool is tiny so we didnt even go in as it was already filled up by like ten people. That’s how small it is

The hotel is located at a prominent spot in front of Bojnice castle and close to the ZOO.

Parking was completely full which was not a good feeling leaving my car unsupervised.

Location is perfect. Breakfast was good.

Tiding should be every day. Umývadlové aj sprchové batteries are old, not comfortably usable.

The best thing about this hotel is the staff that works in the lobby-receptionist, bar and restaurant. Besides of it, the hotel is not 4 stars and maybe it was several years ago, but not now. The breakfast is amazing, the best spot next to the Bojnice castle with parking lote inclusive.

The doors of the shower cabin did not work properly, All around of shower cabin was with black mold. The carpet was really old and the building maintenance leaves a lot to be desired. The time stooped 10 year ago in the bedroom, wellness facilities and halls. Terrible sorry for that.

Parking is a little confusing, but once you figure it out, it's fine.

Not worth for money.I booked a double bed room but got 2 single beds and when asked for double bed room they just joined the bedsRoom didn’t even have a dryer which is very common amenity. Also there was no free drinking water. You have to buy it. Not expected from such a big hotel charges ~150€ a day.It’s near main road and noisy in the nights.Room had mold in windows, not so clean.I don’t want to sound complaining but these things are obvious when you pay this much in a hotel.

Dinner buffet was okay, but there were very few people at the hotel that night, so that was probably the reason.

Hotel in direct center, amazing place, amazing castle at front of hotel, very kind stuff, comfortble rooms, if I will be in this region again, I will return there

The location is right next door to the most beautiful castle. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms clean and comfy

The wait staff. We were told by the front desk that we could have dinner in the restaurant, the wait staff said dinner was only for those with a group, when the front desk informed the person we could eat there (we were willing to go elsewhere) she ignored us the entire time, we never were asked what we would like to drink (dinner was buffet), she looked at us several times, took away dishes, but we ate without even a glass of water to wash it all down, so not sure I would recommend eating there.

Rooms were very hot (no AC), all the lights didn’t work, didn’t fill soap containers, chairs were broken, not a 4 star, wanted to charge extra for the pool, but good location. Consider if other hotels are all booked up.
