Large comfortable room with plenty of towels. Happy to store our bicycles in a locked garage.Supper was good and an excellent selection for breakfast with lots of cake!Road going north from here was quiet for cycling.

Parking easy. Clean room.

Breakfast was only bread. No eggs or yogurt. It was hot without fans to sleep.

Very minor maintenance needed on the windows and French doors so that they are easier to close.

Nice room, offering great base for the mountains. Wild boar stew from the attached restaurant was absolutely delicious!

Check restaurant opening times, but if catch it right, would happily recommend calling in even if not staying.

Exceeded my expectations good rooms, easy to find, parking was easy and good location. The dinner menu was typical Northern Spain and good quality fare. The Breakfast was pretty standard (small hotel) noting to write home about but adequate. All in all very good value and ideal as an ‘in transit’ stopover.

The location was perfect for our purposes and the room clean and comfy. The restaurant menu was packed with local specialties the way you'd hope on holiday and the food was excellent and plenty.

Lovely, authentic, family run hotel in a gorgeous location, literally just minutes away from the breath-taking town of Riano. Will defo revisit when exploring this part of Spain again!

The staff was very professional and welcoming to my limited spanish although each staff member was proficient in English. The hotel is placed in a rather remote area with a bar where a lot of locals go to as well, which makes it very authentic.The breakfast was amazing value!Be advised that the region is in brown bear territory and that there are not a lot of easily (by car) accessible hiking routes close by. However, the ones that are available are of outstanding quality and beauty.

It was clean. Friendly and good food. Close to where I wanted to ride my motorbike without have to use the same roads.

To be honest there was nothing I didn't like. A hose to quickly wash my bike down with would be nice after the rain bikes where covered in dirt ?

Great location not far from Riaño. Good food and lovely waitress. The bedroom was large with separate sitting room and en suite. Great food.

The accommodation was a little tired and the food at dinner and breakfast was poor.

The room was very hot and as it was 36 degrees outside we couldn't cool down. The a/c couldn't be changed and opening the windows didn't make a difference. There was also no vegetarian food at the hotel, but the owners kindly froze our freezer blocks as we were mainly camping.
