Nice place, friendly staff

Noise isolation from the street could be better (as there are unfortunately noisy people late night after going out)

The location vs value is excellent, the pizzeria nearby also good. Nice and friendly staff

The breakfast was enough, but the coffee quality could be better. Anyway, it is the minor inconvenience

Santa Cruz is a small town with beautiful beaches and very interestingly landscaped promenades, stops and rest areas right on the rocks around the sea. We were there in late February so the town was almost empty, but the views of the beaches and sea were amazing.The hotel is in a good location, a short walk from the sea, breakfast adequate, staff friendly, parking for the car in the car park directly behind the hotel.

Good value for money, it fits its purpose - Bed & Breakfast.

The rooms is a bit dated, but I am aware it is being renovated soon.

The furniture is old and we could sometimes feel an unpleasand smell coming from the wardrobe. The bathroom window was broken, and it couldn't be opened because it was stuck. Not a lot of breakfast options but the croissants were very tasty ?

In general a ok stay at a ok place nothing to complain about but nothing to write home about either

Centrally located hotel, also just 100m from the beach. Room areas are good, and with a nice balcony. Working free wifi. Staff was very friendly.

Outdated hotel; it would benefit a lot from a light refurbishment. Bed mattresses were not very comfortable (had that plastic felling). Breakfast was also very basic (for an hotel of this kind one would expect better), specially some natural juices and more variety on the offered products. For those who use it, TV was also not correctly located so that you could watch from bed.

The staff was frendly. The positinon of hotel is good.

They are more than 10 years late with the renovation. The room and bathroom smelled of feces.

Great position in Santa Cruz, I think is the only best choice in Santa Cruz, super central and amazing beach next to the hotel

The location is fantastic and really close to beach. Staff Were great at reception and super helpful, breakfast had good selection. Room was big and plenty space.

Paid extra for a sea view which the balcony was lovely n cute but a roof top just overcoming the line of the sea isn't quite a Seaview. Could maybe use TLC in the room but fine overall. Unfortunately the shower curtain was hanging over the bath, which was my own fault and didn't see how much water was on the floor from it and took a slip in the bathroom.

The staff were excellent, friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the shower had excellent water pressure and there was lots of hot water. Breakfast was tasty and had good variety. The location was excellent, steps from the beach and most of the good restaurants in Santa Cruz.

The WiFi was flaky and unreliable. Also, the hotel was close to a public square which had live music on weekends, which was quite loud.

The staff (Inès) at the reception were exceptionally helpful, organising an airport taxi for our son who was travelling alone. Communication was very easy, room was great and spot was perfect.

We can hear noise from hallway. There is a gap at the bottom of the door. But the hotel was quiet most of the time

Located centre of town. Easy access to beach. Basic but comfortable. Good value for money.

Location was great 1 block from beach. Breakfast was very good could not ask for anything more.Staff very freindly and helpfull.

Staff, everyone encountered, is exceptionally friendly & helpful. Due to size of the facility all general area’s and breakfast buffet area huge and able to host very large groups comfortably.

Plumbing is aged, water pressure in bedroom bath was low, the shower & sink couldn’t run water at same time.

The front desk staff were so incredibly helpful. They checked us in early and found a safe place for our bikes. They were so kind getting us some plates and glasses in the lobby to eat some snacks. Overall great service.

A nice hotel with charming staff in a location close to the beach. A very nice town.
