Location and condition of the rooms in spite of the age of the hotelStaff from kids club was great

Breakfast was ok, limited cold cuts and cheese. No fresh tomatoes. Bacon was just cooked ham. View was wonderful as long as you room didn’t overlook the old closed down old rusting hotel with an old swimming pool next door.

Our room on the 11th floor was old with outdated furniture. The two twin mattresses were good, but the carpet was torn and stained.

The location and the view is just wonderfull. That's an excellent place if you're going for an ocean view.

The food was just ok, could be better, but totally acceptable.

The pictures are miss leading. They were taken at a much earlier time. Our room was very well used. The foot traffic was worn down to the under floor.

Great pool and ocean view

It’s seen better days. In desperate need of renovation.

The pool was awesome, warm and huge. Bring a cap as you will need it. The play area beside had many things for kids to do and horses to ride too.

It has the potential to be an amazing hotel with the infrastructure they have and where it’s located. However, the rooms are extremely outdated, the air conditioning in the room does not work and the covers are extremely thick and hot. The bathroom again, is old and outdated. The property is in dire need of refurbishing the rooms, the furniture is old and full of marks of use. The television is a flat screen but old as well. They require you to use a pool cap in order to enter their indoor pool however each cap has a cost of 5€, if you don’t buy it you can’t use the pool. Unless you bring your own, however we were not notified beforehand. There is only one sauna that would comfortably fit around 4-5 people (on the door it says it can fit 6 people, but I doubt 6 people inside the space would feel comfortable). For a hotel with around 8 floors of rooms, I would say, for a hotel of this size, that it is clearly not enough. On the day we arrived the sauna was full of people and there was another group waiting to enter, we waited around 30-40 minutes and still didn’t have a chance to use it. The breakfast is also disappointing and lacks variety.All in all, we would return to this location since we liked the beach but we will not return to this hotel. There are better options that meet the requirements above for a similar price.

Sea view of the room was amazing.The interior pool is quite big, water temperature was pleasent.Variety of food for breakfast buffet was good.Mostly very helpful and polite employees.

Our room was a bit cold and since it was central heating it wasn't possible to raise the temperature.The bar had one employee that was quite aggressive. I usually prefer to relax in my vacation stays, not get stressed. We ended up not going to the hotel's bar again.For the price, installations and rooms could be a bit better.Game room activities were with extra cost and quite expensive for what they had to offer.Below is not a con, I think its just a miscommunication:They say breakfast ends at 10.30 but then when we arrive there at 10.10 we were warned that it actually ends at 10 but we still can eat since there is still food in the buffet. In reality people could just eat until 10.30 and at 10.30 they come and ask if we need anything else as its about to close. So I dont know what was the confusion there.

View is amazing, hotel is located on the clif; great wifi; nice spa and pool

This is probably the biggest hotel I have been in. Situated on the top of a cliff, it has a lovely sea view. It´s a good budget-orientated option for families. Both inside and outside pools are well maintained; the outside one has nice sunbeds and a pool bar where you can get a snack or light lunch. The inside pool is really big and has nice warm water, with some hydro-massage options. There is a gym on-site and spa options. All the staff was really lovely! The breakfast was really good, plenty of options to choose from, and the eating area was spacious. While we didn't have dinner there, a 3-course menu is available, and in some evenings they even have entertainment. There is a bar open until late in the evening, which is nice for a late-night drink. the hotel has two stairways to get down to the beach, it´s great for a small walk. We had our room on the 9th floor and I mostly used the stair. It was a pleasant surprise to see that on the doors of each floor, they had motivational messages promoting the benefits of using the stairs. It was a nice detail. All in all, such a big hotel has its charms, seeing people get ready for dinner and enjoying their time.

It is not the hotel´s fault, but it was really windy and ultimately cold outside. In the first afternoon, people went inside because they could not stay due to the wind. If at any point the hotel wants to invest, they could put a higher glass panel around the terrace, it would keep the view but protect a bit against the hard Atlantic wind. The other observation more of a note is that there are few elevators, so it may take a while to get to the upper floors. I chose to walk upstairs but I am conscious that not everyone can. The rooms were a bit of stuffy, (my mother-in-law said that is normal for hotels so close to the Atlantic). Probably the biggest callout is that there was no air conditioning. I am conscious that for such a large hotel, it will take time to renovate.

The bedroom view was amazing.

The bedroom itself was a bit cramped and there was a crack on the window.

Staff was lovely polite and friendly. Beautiful scenery. Breakfast was good. Hotel was beautiful inside.

Carpets in room thread bare ( However the rest of room was fine) There is a wooden walkway to beach however the last bit of it you need to climb over rocks ( not good for older people) unless you take the car to the beachThere are only 2/3 restaurants on the front. Very noisy someone playing drums at 2.30am also door won't close unless you bang it shut.

View is wonderful, both the sea view as well as the mountain/hill view. Breakfast is very good.Facilities around the hotel are excellent: you have the beaches around the hotel, the natural park (for hiking, jogging and cycling), the small river for boat exploration. And there is sport/fun park just right to the hotel where you can play tennis, and all sorts of other activies (rappel, tree climbing, archery, etc.). This sport/fun park is great if you're traveling with kids.

Its an old building and construction, so It has very bad insulation. You can hear everything, its very difficult to rest. Also, the curtain doesnt block well the light, the room gets very bright in the morning. In general its an outdated place in need of renovation.
