    Pros +

    • Well located, clean and excellent value. Excellent host. Very friendly and comfortable accommodation.
    • For French breakfast it was okay - but expensive for what it was
    • Staff were really accommodating for our late arrival. The town was really lovely and we were in a great location near lots of bars and brasseries. Public parking was over the road and free the whole time we needed it.

    Cons -

    • Cramped quarters - stairs difficult to manage with a normal size suitcase.
    • The bed was a bit creaky and noisy whenever we turned over. Breakfast was very basic continental jam and bread - a bit pricey @ €9 each
    • The breakfast room is small and it was difficult to find a table that was not in full sun. Blinds had been removed and should have been replaced.

Everything was as described. Fairly basic accommodation but if you prefer to spend your time out of doors it is an ideal choice. The breakfast was the best we had in France this trip - all fresh produce and excellent cup of tea!

The breakfast room is small and it was difficult to find a table that was not in full sun. Blinds had been removed and should have been replaced.

Very well located. Easy parking nearby (but not free)

Isolation is very bad. We heard the neighbours above for everything they did (even walking)Bed is small and hard (I’m 180cm and both feets were off the bed …)

The staff was very responsive and willing to be flexible with my limited French. They totally helped when we got soaked three times in two days and had lots of wet clothes. Breakfast was tasty. Location was awesome.

Room was tinier than I expected based on the photo. I wasn't expecting them to tidy up and had stuff spread out everywhere to dry from the rain. It would have been nice to have a larger table/shelf near the bed and some instructions on how to use the shower and the heater in the bathroom (for non europeans)

The room was small and quaint. It was really just a room for two people which was perfect! It was clean too and the staff was nice!

Walls were thin and our neighbors really loved their sexy time… lol

friendly owners. You feel like at friends. good quality lodging, everything is new and fresh. Simple couisine, but with a home-like touch.

So clean, modern style bathroom, very flexible and accomodating people as we arrived late and left our very nicely decorated room before the office opened. We're planning on coming back with our American friends.

We are used to super kingsize beds! But then we felt very cosy.

Exactly as described in all aspects. Very cute small hotel in the middle of town within walking distance of the falaises des Vaches Noires, restaurants and the town center. Very clean, excellent customer service, good breakfast with the best coffee we have had at a French hotel, and well equipped. We plan on going back to this area and staying here again in the spring.

Everything was fine. Absolutely nothing negative to say.

The room was very clean, the bed very comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. For the price, it was fantastic and it was centrally located in the town.

    All was good.

Super cute room and bathroom. Clean. Literally two steps from centre village and beach, peaceful and quiet.

    4MelaniePosted on: 8-8-2022

Good central location. Our bathroom had a great shower - nicely fitted out, large enough and a strong jet. There is reasonably priced public parking right opposite the hotel.

Compared to other similarly priced hotels we stayed at in Brittany this was very disappointing. The feel was more like a backpackers hotel in reception than the boutique feel I was hoping for.

location and lovely staff who helped carry suitcases up and down 2 flights

Bed was very low to the floor and not too comfortable - it sagged a bit in the middle. The room and bathroom were tiny - very little space for 2 Had to walk up 2 flights to room.

The hotel is very well placed, 5min walk from a nice beach and 15min car ride from the restaurants and beautiful sights of Deauville and Trouville. It's a quiet spot with the most amazing personnel who makes you feel right at home from the moment you come in. My son loved playing with the toys available at the reception, some of which guests can take up to the rooms and/or to the beach. The rooms are small but cozy, with everything needed for a good night's sleep.

The sleeping pillows were the only negative point, as we prefer thema bit firmer.
