Great location near the beach, comfortable room, have parking, good breakfast

Service was off. Not so friendly. Missing products in breakfast without filling it again.

Nothing just perfect

They did not provide the code to enter the hotel. They did not respond to repeated requests for the code via the App, email or phone. It was a scam.

Gorgeous property, nice quality breakfast . Location on the sea front is great although we were unable to profit as we arrived the same time as storm Darragh. Staff were excellent .

Not much except I found the bathroom a little dark.

The pictures on Booking.com do not represent the hotel well. It is a small, tight 'hotel' in need of some TLC. The initial room I booked was like a broom-cupboard - alas there was ocean view. I requested a change in rooms and the manager was very forth-coming and moved us up a floor into a bigger room with a great bathroom and very comfortable bed. Alas even here some TLC could be used. Like the fact that there was tea-making facilities as most restaurants were closed (low season).

As the 'hotel' is on the main-road, there is considerable noise, the parking is not locked, Conversations needed to be had to get what I anticipated but thereafter all went smoothly.

There are a few places to eat within walking distance of the hotel in the evening but the choice was a little limited in October. Deauville has more but is a little drive away.

Hotel provided easy access for late arrival , no problems obtaining entry and accessing locker for room key. Right on sea front beach just across the road from the hotel. Room good size bathroom was immaculate and breakfast was sumptuous.

Wonderful hosts and great location with an ocean view. Not far from downtown but in a quiet location. Plenty of parking.

Great breakfast and the host gave great recommendations for dinner. Very accommodating for the bikes.

Location was absolutely fantastic. Cross over the road and the beautiful sandy beach is there! Town is within walking distance (bars, restaurants, supermarket etc)Staff was very welcoming and nice and took on board my feedback.Great little hotel with lots of potential.

Our room was large family room but a bit noisy in the morning as we were under the kitchen.

Lack of cleanliness (sand stuck in decorative pillows and bedspread, dust and spiderwebs gathered behind the door and corners, dead bugs squashed on ceiling and walls), drains in shower and sink not draining properly, needs proper maintenance to keep it in a charming, pleasant state.

Internet did not work. Only 2 bath towels for 4 persons. At the end it was tried to charge more 25€ that the booked price at booking

breakfast was convenient delicious and price well. actually it was really good, coffee was great, and fresh breads every morning and left over left for guest to enjoy thought the day.

Bathroom was a bit tight, if you are a big person the bathroom will be tight.

Window difficult to open.

A nice friendly hotel that was appropriate to the cost. Its location was a nice quiet pretty town and the buffet breakfast was very nice.

We had to ask to change rooms as the quality of the room was very poor. Towel rails missing, door handle broken, no remote for the TV and it was difficult to stand in the bath for the shower as the bath was particularly narrow. The rooms were very dated and in need of refurbishment however we viewed another room that had recently been renovated to a very good standard.
