ibis Budget Pau Est

Hotel room quite large for ibis budget and very quiet. Cleaning service is ok

Bathroom too small and shower head position couldn't be adjusted, very not convenient to take shower. We got only 1 little pillow on the bed, staff was kind enough to give us 2 more.

The toilet had brown stains, the shower tray had black mould, very unclean, has to be the worst place we have ever stayed breakfast also very poor, I wish I had taken photos.

The property was locked at nine o'clock if you wanted to go out you had to press a switch to open the door and also a code to re-enter in the case of I believe this would cause panic.

Clean and good value. Excellent breakfast and great location for those with a car.

Shower wasn’t great, but it worked.

Lovely and clean, wonderful check in and ground floor room essential for us ,close to food outlets and shops and felt very welcome

Nothing to do with Ibis but it rained a lot Lol ?

Very convenient, Location. Clean and quiet.Very good value for money. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

The shower head it’s not fixed to the wall in a convenient way. You need to hold the showerhead in your hand to have a proper shower.

Staff were brilliant very helpful ?

The pillow's in room one each and as flat as a fart.

It is Ibis Budget, no surprises, no disappointments. Everything is clean, tidy, and works well. An efficiently run hotel.

For that price, nothing !

Easy to find, comfortable and clean. The manageress was great , very helpful . Breakfast was ok too !

Very friendly manager, she was kind and nothing too much trouble

Late check in only

Super kind staff, AC, easy parking, great value for money!

Very good valueFriendly and helpful multilingual manager

Cramped and basic, floor not well cleaned (though the rest of it was clean)

Pleasant staff,nice breakfast,value for money

Could have done with an extra pillow

Hotel was clean, tidy and modern. First impressions were good

WiFi did not work properly ..most of the time not at all, no good if you need it for work.Bathroom lights did not work and couldn't be put right. I asked for a room swap but was told a double room was not available. So had to shave and shower in the dark.At breakfast the two juices available had run out and staff had to be prompted to refill A pity because the hotel looks and feels good and breakfast offering was good. Small tweaks could make this a very nice hotel..

Simple, clean hotel that offered excellent value for money. Nice, inexpensive breakfast, free car parking and good location.

Earlier than usual check out and later than usual check in

Receptionist was excellent. Breakfast was good

A bit of a long walk to the city centre.

Location, breakfast, price

The towels were small and old. The room was too small, and so was the bathroom. There was no staff at our arrival.

Helpful service & breakfast was ok.

Room was dirty, bedding wasn't very clean & the bad was full of hair & grit.Air conditioning only blew hot air, even on the chill setting.

Standard IBIS fare, good clean but basic room, straightforward but minimalist breakfast all at a good basic price.

Basic but clean. Quite noisy from other guests. Could do with a refurb
