Hotel Motel Visconteo

We have stayed here before and are always satisfied. The parking is great. The rooms are clean, big, breakfast is good. The staff is kind. Overall great.

There is nothing.... I only wish that the jacuzzi rooms were more afordable... we usually take a superior room with a bath and they are good.

Staff, location and most of the room.

Walls covered with tapestry. Smelled kind of musty. Not a lot of space on the bath sink for our items. Breakfast food options were not great.

Good value for money. Above all, I found the service/customer care to be the most positively surprising feature. The motel itself is well-located next to the highway, it has plenty of parking and decent rooms, really quite decent breakfast.

The sound isolation could have been a little better :)

Room was well laid out for storing luggage. Bathroom was good with extra space in the sink to keep your vanity cases etc.

Very dated. Wall papers for today ‘a standard makes the room dark.

very convenient location out of Milan, near the highway. Underground parking, no worried about the car, 24h reception, we arrived late, so it was nice to be able to check in. Breakfast was super delicious with a big choice of everything

the bedlinen looked a bit oldish. and in general the room can be refreshed

Breakfast quality very poor for a 4 star hotel. Bathroom outdated and not clean.

Not good if you are travelling with a pram as there is no lift to access the breakfast room. It would be good to have a refurbishment as it does not look like a 4 star hotel at all.

Camelia, the young lady that waited on us during our dining experience at the restaurant was the nicest person we have ran into in Italy. Not only was she in the restaurant, but later also came to clean our bedroom, and she was great. Camelia made the difference.

A bit remote, but if you have your own transportation I really didn’t see a problem.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.The chill out area across the hotel entrance.The massive parking next to the hotel.The size of the room.The size of the bed.The bathroom.And maybe first and foremost, the desk across the bed on which I could work.

The breakfast had little vegan, i.e. not that many fruits/vegetables.The room door was very soundproof, as every night, I could hear other customers speaking loudly in the lobby at the end of the corridor.The remote location of the hotel itself, but hey, what can the hotel about it. (I was stranded there after a car accident.)

If you travell by car, this location is excellent for you. Parking is available about a 30-minute drive away at the Lampugnano metro station. The food is also fantastic, and the staff at the motel are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

very convenient to park directly in front of your apartment if you have a room on the ground floor. room size is really good.

was kinda strange not to be able to go through hotel for breakfast. if it's raining, you have a problem... but it wasn't a big deal in our case. also I felt some disrespect from the guy at the reception like I would be bothering him with my arrival, but that wasn't a big deal either. the rooms were nice, but would profprofit from modernization

that there was an electric car charger on site. Decent room, decent parking area. Breakfast was good enough, tasty coffee and non dairy milk available up on request

The location is a bit tricky, You see the hotel as soon as you are out from the toll gates, but you have to go around and there are no signs. At least I didn't see them. The electric charger randomly disconnected during the charge at night resulting in idle fees, costing me a fortune.

The shower drain is so slow that you have to stand in your own waste water while having a shower. The bathroom laminate flooring is clean but has some cracks. Insufficient lighting in the room..

Breakfast selection was good. Room was very spacious. Private garage for parking.

Quite dark in the room (more or brighter lights should be installed). Room and hallways decor was a bit outdated.
