All was good!

It was right at the beach.

Rooms were not ready, bathtub was clogged, ceiling window could not be darkened.

It is located right on the beach. We loved our balcony with its spectacular view of the bay,.. and dining at one of the tables on the water was memorable ; it's not something you get to do every night !... Dinner and service was very good, and everybody was very pleasant and welcoming... and we loved the swimming ... it was so hot.As for parking , it is just outside the hotel , so no problem....While there is no lift... we were immediately offered help with our bags on arrival. We only stayed one night , but a 2 night stay would work also . We did go for a 4 hour drive around the bay through Kotor and back by the ferry.Will be back to see more again , we hope.

Nothing really... the bathroom is a little tight but well equipped.Not sure how a stay at the hotel would work out in bad weather,,,It really is a Summer Place.

Location and food was very good. Lots of dining options at the resort.

Shower was aweful. It was part of a juccuzi tub. Very slippery, we had to put a towel down inside the shower so we wouldn't break our neck.

The location of the hotel is perfect! Coming with a car, you have private parking right in front of the hotel.Also the hotel restaurant has good food available right at the edge of the water.AC is in the rooms!

The hotel has no elevator and the attic rooms are very small. Also there's no blinds or blackout curtains in the skylight windows, only a thin sunshade.The beds are quite springy and not very good for a big person like me.

Location of hotel is excellent. Private beach with beach bar/restaurant and beach beds with sunshades (included in price) is just across the street. Free private parking with sunshade is next to hotel. Room was with small balcony so we had magnificent sea view. Room and private bathroom were clean. Bed was super comfortable. A/c worked fine. Wi-fi had great signal strength. Staff was professional and warm and welcome. Breakfast was ok. Standard continental hotel breakfast but food was fresh and well prepared. To sumerise, the hotel is little outdated but everything else was perfect.

The location is good. The breakfast is good. The beach is good. Parking is free and good. Sunbeds are free and good. Sea water is good. We received new and clean towels almost every day. The bed linen was clean, but during our 7-night stay, it was not changed even once. The room has a small fridge and it worked very well. The air conditioner cooled very well.

The air conditioner in the room was dirty. It was full of dust. Although I complained at the reception and asked for it to be cleaned, it was not done during our stay. Our room was on the 4th floor. The hotel does not have an elevator. The stairs are narrow and it is difficult to get the luggage up to the room. The toilet had no ventilation. The furniture in the room was in poor condition. The restaurant is also used for children to play, which is very unpleasant for the other guests.

Good location a few meter from the sea with privet beach. Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast.

The attic room was very basic and small.

The only good thing is that the hotel has its private beach. Other than that, the place is not recommended at all.

We had a tiny room in the 'attic', the water in the sink didn't drain off.I can't understand at all why this hotel deserves 4 stars, I have been to hostels that are better and nicer. We arrived unexpectedly late after midnight due to an accident on the way to Herceg Novi and had to carry our suitcase ourselves up to the 4th floor. The bedsheets weren't covered, we slept with clothes on. During breakfast, my mom asked for butter (!)and they replied that they didn't have at the moment. The breakfast choice is pretty slim in general and no good coffee. Th pictures of this accomodation are way better than the reality.All in all, totally not worth the money. Try to avoid it if possible.

About this hotel absolutely nothing.

Clogged shower cabin, rude staff, no elevator, room too small! for just 4 we got a room for three. changing three rooms in one day! It's not worth half the money we paid, I don't recommend it!

Beach access. We only stayed one night on arrival in Montenegro but liked the location.

This place really needs renovation to be rated as a hotel . All facilities are just poor. Although very aware of last minute booking, attic position of the room, aware of rating as well, just can’t find a positive word for this site. Photos on booking.com look very nice. In reality: one night stay for 170€ - yes, expected more, definitely. No elevator, very very stale smell in room. Air conditioner needed cleaning ages ago. One dirty glass for two of us. Dirty napkin underneath that glass. Broken board on the toilet. Someone else’s hair in shower and night table as well. Broken sun bed on the beach. Got two extra baby cots in the room, which we moved out together with receptionist. Would be great to check how some property is being called (four star) hotel.

We enjoyed how there was a restaurant and beach right next to the hotel, it took around 30 to 40 steps to walk to both. The restaurant's food was very nice and enjoyable. The beach was kept quite clean. The overall stay was very nice! And the fact that the sunbeds and umbrellas were free is incredible.

The overall housekeeping could be more thorough and prioritised, other than that everything was well done! We had stayed in the attic room so the view was only the sky.

Everything. Classic rooms, great little restaurant, the beach is the best in the area. Lovely experience.

The hotel is situated in a quiet place, just in front of the beach. The place is peaceful, chilled, not fancy but simple and honest. Very relaxing. My room had a beautiful view of the bay. The room was rather simple (maybe more simple than I would expect from a 4-* hotel) but clean and welcoming. The personnel of the hotel and of the restaurant was amazing, friendly, open, professional, helped me with everything I needed (and more). The breakfast was very generous, in the restaurant you get drinks and local food.

No lift (keep in mind if you have problems walking), but the friendly personnel helped me to carry the luggage to my room.

Everything was very good: the room with a wonderful view of Kotor Bay, the beach, the restaurant on the beach, the staff.
