Friendly and helpful staff, good pool and facilities

The location, the beach and the view were more than perfect!

The matter of cleanliness could be more detailed regarding the rooms.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We didn’t have a bad experience with anyone who worked there. It was very clean and the food was plentiful. They had a lot of fresh fruit and veggies if you don’t want heavier foods. They did mark if foods were gluten free for people with any issues. The beer was also cold and good.

I didn’t care for the free alcohol. The mixed drinks were made by a machine and not by hand. As soon as we stepped in to the hotel/resort I realized it was not what thought I booked at all. It was not plush or posh at all. It is very basic and plan. The room was always warm. They did try to fix that but it was never really resolved. The place smelt like a hospital or a kids daycare as soon as we walked in. I went and bought a plug in for the room to help with that the smell. The bathroom was very basic. It looked more like a basic kids locker room and not a hotel bathroom. There is zero privacy. There was only a sheet on the bed. I’m guessing because the place never really gets cool enough to have a blanket. I personally would not stay again or recommend anyone stay here but if you are on a budget and need a getaway this is an option.

The view, the food the staff everything was on point. I never met such a pleasant and accommodating staff. Even the cook was checking in on us and making recommendations which was amazing to see.The receptionist made sure we have all of the information we need.

The bathroom doesn't provide the privacy and doesn't really accomodate for persons of Islamic religion such as having a small showers where the toilet is but that's expected

Location is one of the best. Everyone are very nice. Quality of food it’s on good level, especially handmade products! Staff are very friendly, especially blonde girl at reception!

It’s all inclusive, but for my experience it’s low budget. Materials are cheap, towels are cheap, instead ceramic tiles on the wall there is vinyl tiles, you can see that owner wanted to make hotel for small budget.

Food was good, except meat which was overcooked and dry at all times.

We loved the range of facilities, and our amazing and spacious room with a view.

Cigarette butts on the beach and small outside pool had algae on the sides. Other main pool was lovely though.

Unfortunately, there was nothing I could say that I liked. Location - maybe - is okay considering it is on the beachfront.

Everything was disappointing. For someone used to staying in 4 or 5-star hotels, keep in mind that this doesn’t deserve 4 stars. Even 3 stars are questionable.The parking lot was full, and I had to park by the side of the road. They barely found my reservation at the reception. The lobby and hallways look worn out. The elevator was dirty. The room had no minibar, slippers, let alone a bathrobe. I found hairs in the bathroom. The bed was uncomfortable. I found ants in the room. The terrace is shared with other rooms, so there’s not enough privacy. There’s a strange smell in the room, and there are also some odd noises coming from the ventilation.I didn’t get to try the food. I went down to dinner with the intention to eat, but the restaurant was like hell. Too many people crowding, it’s too loud, and the smell of a mixture of various foods is everywhere. After that, I didn’t even try to go down for breakfast in the morning.For a hotel where the stay costs around 200 euros, all of this is completely unacceptable

Food was good quality Montenegro style food.Seaview amazing. Room big and comfortable. Very clean.

Nice friendly staff. Beach is decent and there are sufficient sunbeds. Rooms are large and beds comfortable.

The food is extremely low quality. The wine is undrinkable.

Hotel was clean, tidy and the staff were very helpful.

The food although good the normal choices for children weren’t always an option.

The only issue was our aircon did not work properly at all and it was very hot at night.

Carina hotel is far from four stars hotel. Don’t waist your money at Carina hotel!!!

Our experience at Carine Hotel Park was far from our expectations.Although we were promised a nice view, the view from our room was terrible - the inside walls and windows of the other rooms. It seemed to be in a prison.The door of the shower and the bathroom was not normal. It had large space in the top and the bottom, which allows the toilet odors to come into the room.The walls of the room are thin and allow hearing the noises and conversations (even the TV) from the other rooms.It was no drinking water in the room. Wi-Fi was very poor. TV and safe did not work.The cleaning of the room was very superficial. The variety and the quality of the food were far from the normal expectations of the four-star hotel. Many times the food was not even fresh and the taste was awful. It was a children's food zone, where you could find the leftovers from the previous mealtime. The service staff was neither friendly nor helpful in the bar, restaurant, in beach area. They did not fulfill many of our requests. Their behviour was vey bad.

Location was excellent. Views were amazing and hotel was lovely.

Food options for Vegans were very poor and not labeled at all,. despite saying they catered for Vegans very little was actually suitable. I'm
