FastHôtel Biarritz Bidart Côte-Basque - Un hôtel FH Collection

FastHôtel was very close to the autobahn which made it very convenient for a nights stay. One can also walk to supermarkets. The beach is a bit further but no problem if you have a car.

It’s on a busy road but was quiet inside. We just stayed the night in a roadtrip.

Staff were very helpful, food good.

The description says ' A large variety of meals made from fresh products are served in the hotel’s restaurant for dinner.' having stayed before the reastaurent was the reason for re booking Restaurant closes Friday , Saturday and Sunday so very misleading. It says 24 hour front desk. Wrong, it closed at about 8.00 pm and no way to contact anyone

The after-hours check-in process was very smooth and easy, which I really appreciated. The hotel was quiet and I didn't have nay problem finding a parking spot. I would stay again.

Conveniently located just off the Autoroute, simple out of hours check in, comfy bed and clean room with a great breakfast selection and friendly staff/owners.

Nothing in particular. If pushed for something, a couple of different cheeses in the buffet would have been good. As we were in France!

The staff were very helpful and friendly, they couldn’t do enough for you. Our room was on the ground floor and the bedroom was clean and tidy. The hotel was close to the motorway and in perfect position for travelling on the next day.

The bathroom shower head was at child height and you had to hold it higher, not easy. The bath also needed attention.

I arrived late in the evening after a very long day of travel, staff had waited for my arrival to check me in, usually they are finished by 9.30pm but I had called ahead to confirm my booking. They were very friendly and helpful, room was small but comfortable and clean, it was exactly what I needed. Breakfast was excellent, good range of products available in nice surroundings. Great place to stay if you are passing through, I highly recommend.

The location next to the airport was perfect. The room was a clean as well as the bathroom.The deck outside was nice. Breakfast was okay. The staff was super helpful and friendly.

Breakfast could have been a little more elaborate. Small room. No magnifying glass in the bathroom. No plugs by the headboard of the bed.

Always a warm welcome. Staff go out of their way to help. The food is fresh and always a good variety, and the location is perfect for put travelling requirements.Will be back.

Although l appreciate the disabled access, though l do find the curtain across separating the bedroom and shower curtains, a little dated now, and a door sliding or folding would still allow the room required to manouvre and privacy, which is lacking currently. That said, the hosts make up for any slight grumble!

Excellent breakfast and an attractive public area with deck with tables and chairs and umbrellas

It was hard to get a taxi to come pick us up and bring us back to the train station.

Modern, clean, great staff and restaurant.

Very noisy. We got hardly any sleep due to hearing guests chatting in reception and outside in the early hours

What an Amazing Hotel ! Lawrence was so helpful, we had to cancel our first stay but he put our booking for 2 weeks on due to us having to stay longer in Spain (House Fire), the breakfast was very good, Lawrence even booked us a table at the small restaurant across the road (Etaka) food was amazing, we wouldn't stop at any other hotel now when traveling over to Spain, Well done the Fast Hotel

Everything. This hotel is surprisingly cheap. The room was excellent and had a splendid bathroom. Dinner at Euro 26 for 3 courses was quite remarkably good. The manager was most friendly and speaks excellent English. There is an excellent patio where we were given refreshments when we arrived rather early. This hotel is quite inexpensive, but was the best hotel stay ever! Why pay more? It is very highly recommended indeed.

Just the size of a twin room is small but most French hotel rooms are small.

Simple but comfortable hotel. The bed a bit short and the room strict minimal, although fair for the price. Friendly staff. Easy to get to Biarritz
