No support to help with the luggage despite the fact that the room was very far from the reception and reaching it required several steep stairs. They could have helped just by opening a service door.No parking service close to the hotel and quick and not so warm information on how to reach the parking (300m from hotel)

Perfect location in the old town. Nice hotel. Friendly staff who helped us with bike rental. It was possible to park in the hotel car park a short distance from the hotel (you could drive to the hotel and drop off your luggage)

the breakfast was good quality but there was barely any food there and we were first in the cafeteria and my children didn’t eat anything also you had to pay for the breakfast

Magnificent 16th century house, enormous comfortable rooms (ours had its original stone vaulted ceiling!) Directly in the middle of the city many connoisseurs consider to be Germany's most beautiful.

Breakfast was lovely Is was ashamed we couldn’t try the restaurant or have a drink in the bar

The building was stunning as was our room with the old wooden beams. Parking was nearby and very easy to get to. Breakfast was a real treat in the morning.

The staff were very well-trained and polite, but a bit distant and could have offered a bit more information. They did not ask whether we had enjoyed our stay. I personally find it more romantic to have one mattress in a double bed.

We had reserved a room for 2 adults and 2 kids, but the kids' bed wasn't prepared. When asking about this we were given sheets and blankets, but we had to make the bed ourselves.

what a find, exceptional hotel with the biggest room we have ever stayed in. wonderful location amd very good staff. I can’t recommend this place highly enough… just go!
