Lovely hotel with nice sizes rooms. Wifi worked well

Very good breakfast - a little pricey but a nice selection of good food. Served between 6.30 and 10.00 so good for early and late risers.

Pretty much faultless. A safe in the room would be an improvement.

Akzent Hotel looks a very impressive old building from the outside and its location is ideal, a few minutes walk to the main train station and close to all the historical sights. Having experienced a few initial minor problems in my room, the wonderful Denise in reception acted immediately and had them sorted very quickly and without any great invonvenience to me. Breakfast in the lovely front room of the building offers a huge choice of delicious hot and cold food. As with reception, the staff here are top class and are constantly on hand to help out with anything you might require.

In the middle of a mini heatwave, the room was quite small and could have benifitted from a good air-conditioning system.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Great breakfast. Very comfy beds - best sleep I’ve had in a hotel in ages!

Only slight issue was that the room must have been previously occupied by smokers. We kept the window open and it was fine after a day.

The view from my room was awesome. One of the best locations to stay. All touristy places are around it. The staff was good. They let us check-in early. Over all it was great. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

The breakfast spread was small and really less options for vegetarians. There were hardly any food options for us. We do not even consume eggs so it was really difficult for us to find things to eat. It was only bread, butter and cheese we could it. We expect more from a breakfast spread.

It is located at the center of the city. Public transport is within walkable distance.

They did not provide bottled water saying we do not have stocks. Breakfast buffet options were quite limited. Rooms were not very spacious.

i got a very tiny room and was on the last floor, which was very hot.

our stay was all good.

However, in terms of toiletries provided(hand lotion, nail file, shower cap), they didn't even give us two sets of each. They only provided 1 set and didn't even provide a toothbrush or toothpaste. But those are just minor complaints. Other than that everything is okay.

The hotel is located at an amazing spot to visit old town of Görlitz. It is furthermore not too far away from the train station. The bathroom was modern and very clean.

The interior design is a bit 90s style, but ok. The room was very hot (weather was 30 degree outside) and the blinds could have been closed beforehand in order to keep the warmth out.

Everything was perfectly clean. Staff very helpful and polite.

Only the fact that the Reception staff didn't speak English, but anyway they were super helpful as well. Very gentle and polite.
