Great location. Nice breakfast. Spacious room and bathroom.

Parking was not available on the property, but city parking was nearby and not expensive.

Good location but a very poor reception.

The reception service was very poor. We arrived and the person who attended us did not speak English. There was no one at the reception.

Safe paid parking for motorbikes, very clean and comfortable rooms, staff very friendly and although we did not eat it looked good. A short walk to lots of bars and eateries, the bridge splits the German/Polish border. Overall excellent, i'd go back

Nice quality of the furniture, massive doors in wood - Beautiful floor (parquet in massive wood) - very nice. Big room and possible to open the windows. In city center. Nice breakfast.

Top shower of the bathroom delivers drops of water - As usual, "to save the planet" (and more to save money), the water is restricted. Problem here is that is it sooo restricted that there is not enough pressure to feed the over the head shower. Result : you need to shower with drops of water... Impossible to take a shower with this device. Need to use the hand shower provided. but cannot attach it to the wall - unacceptable for a 4 stars hotel.No coffee / kettle in the roomMost of the staff don't speak English. Unacceptable in a 4 star hotel in international cityNo 24/7 reception - unacceptable in a 4 Stars hotel. Do not check in after 21H00 - Reception will be closed and you'll have to sleep in the street...

Good location, close to the center, good parking.

The reception desk was vacant for the majority of time and some of the personnel was quite ignorant and unfriendly.

Nice hotel in the historical old town and a few minutes walk from the footbridge to Poland. The historical building has only recently been converted into a hotel in a beautiful way. Everything, the doors, the furniture, the lamps, etc., is new but in a beautiful retro style. The staff was friendly and helpful.

It should be more English speaking staff, it was quite difficult sometimes to find the English speaking staff member. It led to misunderstanding quite often

very comfortable room, inviting reception and restaurant to eat, sit and have a drink. close to railway station where multi storey park for €7, walk into town from there. free parking at the hotel. evening meal delicious and excellent buffet breakfast.

History book hotel. Cleanly modernized but maintaining architectural authenticity. Amazing breakfast. Parking was within a secure hotel garage. Perfect location for late night wandering in the old town.

rooms were fairly small and limited in-room facilities like free water and coffee for the price, which other hotels with similar price range offer.

The only issue we had was the language. We do not speak German and their front desk person did not speak any English.

Very nice boutique-style hotel located in the pictoresque old town of Goerlitz. Tasteful interior design, spacious room, cleanliness and friendly staff. 5 minutes walk from all tourist attractions.

No info on wi-fi access. Had to use cellphone as a router. When tried to call the reception using single dial button - called the police hotline...:) But these are really minor things that did not spoil my stay.

The room had a very modern furnish; everything was very clean and professional. It was nice to have a restaurant on site for dinner. Due to the central location, we didn't have to go far, neither to the touristic sights nor from our public parking area across the street.

The room was beautiful and located in the heart of the old town. The staff were helpful.
