Great hidden gem in back of village house close to Chiemsee.

Just a little difficult to find because everything is done electronically, but great once we were there.

Lovely small hotel with views of lake from breakfast area. They have key boxes which was really great as we were stuck in traffic and arrived late so being able to obtain the key easily was a bonus! Very friend owner would definitely stay again here next year.

We only stopped here for a break while having a long drive. The place is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the host was exceptionally nice and friendly.

We had been driving for over 7 hours and booked here last minute. An immediate response with all the information we required was very comforting to know before our arrival. The building and accomodation was immaculate, finished with good taste. Views from balcony overlooking the Chiemsee lake. Host was excellent and very attentive, thank you for the christmas beer. If in the area would certainly book again.Thank you

Great budget accommodation on our way between Salzburg and Munich. Comfortable, cosy and warm. As we stayed off season it was self check in and very quiet. We had nice view from our room and would recommend to anyone looking for quiet stay for very good price.The owners got in touch via WhatsApp when they saw we were foreigners so they made it extra easy for us with the self check in.

We would love to have a kettle in the room to make tea as it was a cold day and the shower has little bit problem with water running out of it but these were minor problems.

Understand that English speaking travelers better and email me in English, not purely German only. Communication with the property service staff could be better…

It is a good location with a nice view of Chiemsee.

It was fairly rustic. We would have liked a kettle and some teacups. Also, we would have liked a simple, cheaper breakfast - for example, a coffee and a roll (ca. 10 to 15€) but this was not available. They offered only the very expensive breakfast which was too much for us.

Absolutely fantastic choice if you like quiet countryside location. Cozy guesthouse on a hill with a nature surroundings and nice views to the lake.

The view is amazing, coffee in the room is a big plus. Close location to main road if you are stoppingby on your way.

The bathroom needs small technical attention and maintenance.

Everything is just perfect

They were able to accommodate us on a very short notice which was very much appreciated. The house and room were very clean and well maintained. The view over some greenery and the Chiemsee was nice. The location was convenient.

We would have loved to eat in the Restaurant which has an amazing reputation but unfortunately it was closed that day so we drove to the next city for dinner which was also very nice.

The location was good. The communication with the hosts was very easy going and nice (all through WhatsApp).

Rooms are VERY basic. The bathroom could have been cleaner. Toilets didn’t flush very well. Headboard of the bed was very dusty and could use a good cleaning.

The location, room space, warm vibe and energy of the facility, everything went smooth.

It is a little off the beaten track.Also, we never got to see the owners. However, check-in was organised with a keybox and worked very well.

Shower was cold, hot, cold, hot, although a nice place, in my opinion a little overpriced for 1 night without breakfast.

Nice room with a beautiful balcony. Peaceful surroundings, brilliant for a recharge after all day driving. Smooth communication and check in.

Lovely hotel, really lovely hosts and incredibly food!The best breakfast we have ever had! Absolutely delicious, amazing flavours and incredibly innovative. Hosts were very happy to create beautiful vegan alternatives for everything on the menu. We can’t wait to return next time we are in the area. Thank you so much ?

The balcony and the view of the lake was lovely. The staff were also very helpful and friendly. They recommended we use a transport service called Ross’s which was great.

A bit far from town and train stations- hence the need for the driving company.
