Location was excellent as there is a tram stop directly across the street. Breakfast had plenty of choices, good deal for the cost.

Evening desk person was not very friendly. The rest of the staff was very friendly.

The hotel is not in the old city, but just an easy 10-minute walk to the edge of the old city and then 10 minutes more to the old city. Other hotels are in the old city but cost twice or three times as much. So, this is a great deal. The hotel is very quiet -- we had a room at the back. A special feature is that the space is divided into two rooms, one a bit larger and the other a bit smaller. So, you have a bit of privacy, which is nice in the evening if you want to watch a series on your laptop without disturbing your travel companion. Friendly staff. Would chose the same hotel for a second stay. Good parking place for cars behind the hotel.

No coffee machine, but this is just a minor thing.

Convenient location (few tram stops from the old town), comfy and clean room, good wifi, nice staff, late 80'/early 90' interior & exterior.

Too warm (no AC), rooms looking on the main street are a bit noisy, breakfast was ok but not worth 12 euros.

To be honest, the check in process was so disgusting, that after entering the room we were really pissed off. No nothing positive about the propertyBeing a member of Booking.cim for years, this is the worse

We reached at 11pm as we were driving from Denmark, very tired & hungry & on top of that we had to pay again at a stupid machine that was set up outside the hotel, just to enter. We were standing on the cold for 1 hr struggling to give our Booking code & name & confirm the booking. The EMERGENCY contact number was not answered by anyone. The machine was unresponsive, hence had to pay again by card & enterThe morning staff doesn’t understand English, rather behaves not to, was also very rude & doesn’t want to listen to our problems.

It was expensive based on the service that they offer! Basic rooms with nothing special even proper soap and no tooth brush. My room was next to Main Street and it was not quite at night. 14 euro for a very simple breakfast!! Staff are friendly though. Not worth for money!

Private safe parking included. Ten minutes walk to old town and tram station just outside. We had a quiet room facing the inner yard. Clean and nice room. The breakfast buffet,14 €, was ok. In Rostock you pay a mandatory kurort charge that gives you free access to all public transport in Rostock as well as in neighbouring Warnemünde. Friendly and helpful staff. Two supermarkets and one good Italian restaurant nearby.

There was a vague smell of cigarett smoke all over the building. In spite of the fact that it is a non smoking hotel!?

The property is close to the main train station. It is easy to find, because it is directly next to the S-Bahn station. It was clean and the staff was nice, friendly. You can purchase breakfast for add. 10 euro and it is also good value for money. Good options for breakfast.

In just one night I could not find anything that I didn’t like.

Internet (wi-fi) disconnected many times and when It happened, I had to wait some minutes before being able to connect again. Due to internet unstability I did not manager to make Whatsapp calls.

In my room, there was a locked door to the neighbor room, which itself is no problem, but I could look through the keyhole to the bed of the neighbors...

Modern quirky hotel, good location if using ferry, tram stop out front.Liked the room when first walked in, this part was clean, but the shower had lot of mould build up & smell. Bed uncomfortable, also felt like a plastic cover under the sheet. Breakfast was reasonable.Staff reasonably friendly, I received dirty look when mentioned shower mould..Wouldn't stay again, we like clean and comfortable, was looking forward to our stay relying on other reviews.

Lot of mould in shower plus bad smell, uncomfortable bed, these are two main reasons you choose these hotels, clean and comfortable.

The hotel let us book in several hours early and the receptionist made sure we had a card which gave us free travel on the trams. There is a tram stop directly outside the hotel so it’s really easy to use. There was plenty of space for parking and there was a security barrier to the hotel car park. Breakfast was ok. Room was perfectly comfortable and did the job.

It was a good value hotel and did what it said on the tin, no complaints.

Excellent location, with tram stop just outside, for easy access to city centre and ferry terminal. Excellent reception on arrival and we were able to check-in early, which we much appreciated. We had to leave early in the morning and instructions for the checkout were very clear. Room had everything we needed for a one night stay

The room felt very warm at night, despite having both windows open It would have been nice to have had coffee and tea making facilities.

Nothing special

The breakfast was simple but had lots of variety. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Tha bed were firm but not too hard.
