Campanile Vichy - Bellerive

Very comfortable beds and easy checkin and free parking

the staff were lovely and breakfast nice - Free parking next to rooms - got a good rate of booking.com the second time - had to cancel and rebook as price got much cheaper !!

The hotel is old and the rooms are small /paper cups instead of real cups for tea making facility not nice carpet was old and wet next to bathroom

A good breakfast was provided and free parking with early check in.

Location from Vichy was a further than expected.Bar closed at 9pm, so we came back early (as we had children) and the bar was closed.Breakfast finishes too early at 9am, considering we were on holiday we wanted a later start and missed breakfast on one day as it was finished.Unable to book dinner at the hotel when checked in as it was full (the restaurant is small)

Staff were excellent as was the food, good parking and easy to find, petrol station & supermarket down the road.

Nothing to dislike

Food

Non speaker of English on reception...the road was undergoing resurfacing so lots of deviation that made it really hard to find...not Campanile fault but nobody speaking English on reception to help.x

It's nice to find tea making possibilities in the room, and biscuits.

The ventilation in the bathroom is poor, and I don't like having to climb into a bath to take a shower

a double bed for a single person, that is always welcome ! the room was good for one person and even had a bath, which i find to be also a plus one

no fridge...maybe i missed that because there was a heatwave and i could really use something to cool me off...also the walls are not so soundproof...so if you have noisy neighbours...not so fun

Cleanliness of room

Rooms are really very small. rooms at ground floor with open view to your bed for everyone who pass by. more Privacy? close the blinds and stay in 100% Darkroom.

very nice team, rooms are clean, everything you need is there, parking space at the resort

Breakfast was ok good variety, Plenty of Parking

Hotel is rundown and need of decoration, rooms are small, outside spiral staircase to 2nd floor not good when carrying luggage . Hotel overpriced compared to others

Very clean and well presented. This isn't the latest format but the decorations etc were in good condition. Excellent service, particularly in the restaurant. This was a great example of what campanile does well. I stayed at a nearby campanile in Thiers and virtually the same price but Vichy was much better value for the care taken.

It is a shame that the buffet style starters have gone in many campanile hotels. I think that it was a Covid measure.

Quiet, good location, easy to check in an access, good parking space, rooms big enough

needs better cleaningmissing a blow dryer and a fridge

clean, comfortable and practical. Very good breakfast

Hotel Fine, but Booking.com sucks!

The charge appeared twice on my credit card. The security taken b Booking.com should be removed as soon as the invoice is paid at checkout. Very questionable business practice by booking.com. Will use another portal next time!

Restaurant full of life good food and friendly staff. Hot breafast options would be good

Rooms are a little tired...we had dog scratches on the door jamb of the bathroom. There should be more tea and coffee options in the room. The restaurant is separate and may not be for sole use of the residents so booking probably essential.

Property has kind of a motel atmosphere. In a double story building, all rooms are in located a row, one by one, one like the other. Rooms are appropriately equipped with all what is needed for a one-night stay. Breakfast, however, is stunningly diverse.

Relatively expensive compared to standard which is provided. New and much cheaper hotel in direct neighborhood, accessible from the same parking lot.

The host was extremely courteous and accommodating. The on-site restaurant was excellent and well-priced. The room was extremely comfortable and had all necessary facilities.

Bedding was good, free parking near the house, gardenview, possibillity to have dinner and breakfast outside in the garden

Old carpet, house a bit shabby, the room was not worth 88€

very good staff
