Convenient on the outskirts of the city, close to Buffalo Grill restaurant for dinner options. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Secure car park. We were just after 9pm and reception was closed, but our booking was not recognised on the self check machine, the staff were still in reception closing up and opened to facilitate our late check in.

Windows quite small and room felt dark. Shower space very small, Extractor fan in bathroom not working so became very foggy after showering, toilet flush mechanism became stuck after flushing. Rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint.

Very basic , but very comfortable. Convenient to walk into the town. Parking right outside

The 'airline' style bathroom was adequate for a night's stay but strange , water draining noises could be heard throughout the night.

The property was quiet although it was very busy. We had a great night sleep the lady on reception Geraldine each morning had a little bit of input into her day telling us where to go. Very nice lady.

AC wasn't working and it was very hot. I'm trying to contact the hotel and Booking.com CS but I'm being ignored. I would not recommend this hotel or ever book it again. It was cheap and that's about the only positive. But what is promised in the price should still be provided - I would like my money back.

It is what I would expect for such a low price.I was on a motorcycle trip so it was all I needed, a basic place to stay the night.It was busy enough so I guess it is good enough for most.I would use it again for the same purpose.The big plus was the lovely lady who checked me in and coffeed me in the morning. She was very sweet.

A lot of construction in Vichy both in the city and surrounding areas. Glad we did not stay in city centre.

The shower is the smallest shower in the world. I’m only 5ft7 and 10.5 stone and I was banging my elbows on the wall and getting the curtain stick to me. Not a pleasant experience.The A/C unit wouldn’t work on cooling the room so I had to have the fan on instead. Some other guests were smoking outside the room and it drifted in making it hot and smoky. That’s how I like my pizza not my room.

Proximity to tournament location, Good air conditioner in room.

Rooms are rundown and somethings are broken.Noose from delivery trucks early in the morning.Very basic.

we stayed one night at the HOTEL PREMIERE CLASSE VICHY ( sat nav 46.12182622647649, 3.4063840349733683 or 31T 531398mE 5107663mN ) having booked via booking .com as the www site would not allow us to book direct the English speaking staff were warm and welcoming providing directions into the centre of the beautiful town of which they are clearly proud ( 15 mins walk) the room was clean and comfortable we has planned to eat dinner at the Campanile located on the same site – the restaurant was however closed as it was a Sunday night ( www site said open) - ended up with a takeaway from the chain burger place five minutes walk away breakfast was standard Premiere Classe offering a good start to the day at a fair price ( all be it that there was no French bread )Car park was good and felt secure If traveling south the Aire du Viaduc de, at Millau to view the bridge is a must along with the aire for the Eiffel viaduct

Heating not working. Room clean service wakes me up even that I already put "no disturbe" on the door.
