Great location just out of town with great views. Everythingbyou need for a trip away to explore Lake Como. Run by amazing family that also run the take-away in town and really look after you!

I really appreciated their hospitality - the location is perfect. The room was amazing. Unbelievable views of the mountains and lakes. Would come back here every single time.

The views were very nice. Plenty of space in the apartment.

No air conditioningLoud dogs underneath and next door. Often woken up by hours of barking. Kitchen sponge was gross, water boiler for tea was very dirty inside, kitchen cabinets had an odd smell. Not enough toilet paper and minimal shampoo/body wash provided.

Marco and his brother were fantastic- he picked us up at the bottom of the hill by the bus stop and drove us up to the house (it is very hilly) for both check in and check out, and the view from the bedroom was beautiful - and the shared balcony view was amazing. The bed was comfy. The location was alright- you need to be able to walk uphill for about 15 minutes but if you are fit, it isn't bad.

Could possibly do with a some scissors in the kitchen but other than that, it was perfectly fine as we ate out every meal.

This isn't really a negative. The place is pretty basic, but has everything you need for a short stay and is a great value in a great location with a beautiful view for Bellagio. I imagine the view was even better in one of the upstairs apartments (I was on ground floor). I did wish there were screens so I could open the windows for fresh air without worry of mosquitos / bugs.

The place is super but cold with no pictures on the walls. A beautiful place with no atmosphere inside.

Clean, comfortable and convenient location- only 10 min walk to the centre of Bellagio. The views are great. The host is very communicative and greeted us warmly.

Adjoining apartments could be heard there was a door missing from the shower which meant the floor was very wet

Everything! Gorgeous property and location. Helpful host collected us from the ferry. Very comfortable bed and we loved using the shared terrace!

A little more privacy on the bathroom window would have been great! It was not an issue for us, but it is a quite a long climb back from the town, maybe an issue for others.

Has nearly 360 views of the lake, very helpful host and nice clean room with just a short walk to the centre.

Just a suggestion it would have been nice to have some bottled water in the fridge as on arrival in the evenings most of Bellagio is closed/no supermarkets.

People have mentioned stairs to get to but for anyone in regular shape the walks great. Views, cobblestone alleys and very charming. You would have to be having major fitness difficulties if this affects your stay.

Our stay at Casa La Rosa in Bellagio was wonderful! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and offered a breathtaking view of Lake Como. Marco, the host, went above and beyond to make our stay special, even picking us up from the ferry station upon arrival. Highly recommended!

Be prepared to climb lots of steps! Dragging a bag up the cobblestone streets was difficult

We really had a nice time in Casa La Rosa. The host was one of the nicest people we ever met, he even offered us to take us to the ferry with his own car. The apartment was spacious and clean.
