excellent location; we had rooms in the back wing which had no traffic noise, but is right under the church tower which bells ring noisily from 8am til 10pm, which to us added italian ambiance and character, We had a balcony and nice shutters for air

at first there were vacant rooms, so it was quiet, but as the rooms filled up there is a lot of noise transmission from room to room, and floor to floor. They had no internet, which is essential in todays world

It was expensive, but all of the properties in this town seemed high.

It’s a new property and they’re expanding. I got one of the larger rooms, which was very comfortable and clean. The bed and pillows were excellent, and the included breakfast was generous—an ideal way to start the day. Upon our arrival, the staff provided great information about local attractions and restaurants, and everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Great location, beautiful hotel, amazing staff! The rooms were very nice, I waited too long to ask for a mattress topper, so the bed was a bit firm for me. Aside from that, this place was excellent! The Breakfast was delicious, and it was in the heart of it all in Bellagio! I will recommend Seta Hotel to my friends for sure!

The location, the cleanliness, the staff, the restaurant, and the comfort of the room.

The breakfast was very good and served on the outdoor patio. The service was excellent.

The rooms were tiny even by European standards. Too few electric outlets. The towel rack/heater never worked properly even after several requests to management to fix it.

Literally everything - location was perfect, short walk to everything and we loved the sleek modern decor of the rooms. Breakfast was also excellent and made to order! Would definitely come back!

No frills

Location, staff, overall quality, helpfulness. I can't rave enough about Hotel Seta. We brought our wedding party to the restaurant for drinks after the wedding and everyone was jealous. Nothing bad to say about this place.

Honestly nothing. My fiancee and I are very tall so the only thing I can think of, would be the room size but given how nice it is and how everything stowed away under the bed, I can't even complain about that.

The hotel is private and quiet, and is close to everything in Bellagio. We were there to celebrate my friend's birthday, and the staff surprised her with a pancake "cake" with a candle, and left a balloon arrangement with a card in the room. The ladies at the front desk were so lovely and helpful with our questions. The breakfast was excellent!

I like everything

The room was small but very comfortable and super clean. The hotel is in an incredible location and despite being in the city center, there is parking available. We also loved the breakfast as we could pick from cold and warm menu items and got delicious croissants. Staff was super kind and attentive! Would highly recommend the hotel!

The location and the modern style, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about the area

The washer next to the toilet doesn’t seem work, which is rare to see in Italy

Renovated and modern installations, good sized room, well located near the entrance of hotel Serbellione just at the end of the small town high street.

When arriving, be prepared to wall over a small hill and cross a stony parking floor, which can be uncomfortable depending of the size of your luggage.

Very nice location, nice room and also came with complimentary prosecco, coffee, water and everything that you need in the bathroom. Breakfast was great (a la carte), and staff was nice. Only downside was that there was construction work on one of the mornings.

A brand new hotel, in the heart of Bellagio. The room is very comfortable. The staff was super friendly. We had a great stay.

Very nice Small Hotel next to historic Church and restaurant ,breakfast is good Very helpful Staff Specialy Kaylie Gilardoni she will guide you for all the attractions around Bellagio.

Everything- the staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast is just PERFECT, the rooms are not big but truly cozy. The location is perfect, you go down the stairs (totally walkable) and you approach the lake and the ferry terminals.

Breakfast was very good, great choice & lovely view, tge location was very central & in a lovely spot

We had an evening meal with 5 other members of our family, unfortunately the food was not good, none of us enjoyed our meal, very disappointing
