The staff made you feel so welcomed and comfortable. There was exceptional service, in particular Michele and Marcello were so pleasant and lovely to speak to, and the service was so personal. There was also another pleasant staff at the front but I did not catch her name. The breakfast was perfect, the location was phenomenal. I will most definitely be returning to this hotel.

Hotel Centrale Bellagio is exactly what its name implies: it is at the best location. About 1/2 way up the hill on stone steps that are easy to negotiate (don’t overpack!). Room is standard but well equipped and everything well maintained with love and good taste. Breakfast is nutritious and varied enough for everyone. Not a huge spread but more than adequate. After all, you are about to eat a lot of different treats in the course of the day, so a small and healthy breakfast is ideal. Staff is polite and helpful. Excellent value. Yes, go to Bellagio and stay here.

Such a charming property in the heart of it all, but still steps away from the beaten path. They keep the hotel to guests only so it’s nice and tranquil. Staff is so lovely (shoutout Michael!).

Check in was very smooth and easy, as they were ready for us. The hotel is utterly charming and perfectly located near restaurants and the ferry station, the breakfast is good and the staff was very accommodating. The room is comfortable and we loved the private balconies. This is a terrific place to stay, and it is also a great value compared to the other hotels, whose rooms are smaller and seemingly less well-kept up.

Bathrooms could be refreshed with better showers.

This is a wonderful place to stay! It is very centrally located, has a beautiful courtyard, and provides a lovely breakfast. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend staying here.

A beautiful old building in a perfect location. The courtyard is a lovely place to relax. The staff was friendly, efficient, and personally accommodating. I loved the grace of the place. Breakfast is a pleasant buffet with good coffee served at the table.

The room was small and a little worn, with a fairly hard mattress and pillows. Nevertheless, all other plus factors and the rates in an overpriced town can outweigh this if you’re a good sleeper.

The breakfast was buffet and was nice . The hotel is in a great location in the middle of everything. The hotel is clean, nice and with a familiar atmosphere that make so personal an nice experience.

What an amazing place! In an amazing location!! It was like a mini bed and breakfast ! The staff was a dream. Family owned I believe and it was just such a treat.
