Pros +
- Location and view were outstanding. Also, a lot of space. 50 steps up to the apartments but well worth it for the views.
- The apartment was spacious and bright, and included all the facilities one would need - including a decent wifi service. It had several balconies with views over the piazza, town and lake. It was perfectly located with short walks to the amazing Grand Hotel Villa Serbelloni, shops and restaurants.
- Luana was very friendly. She adapted to our schedule after we had a change in our plan and arrived earlier than expected.
Cons -
- Shower was pretty outdated and collected water at the bottom of tray. We had to wait 30min for it to drain for the next person to shower. Might be normal in older buildings.
- If youre a fatty canatty you probably wont be having a shower as it is a tight fit, not uncommon in Europe. Also the stairs might be challenging with luggage. Otherwise I could not find fault with the apartment.
