Great view of lake como. Close to everything you need.

The breakfast is a true continental. I found the breakfast lacking.

Great location, clean, staff was extremely nice. Breakfast was great overall.

Shower was extremely small, would have been nice to have a scrambled/fried egg at breakfast.

The location and view are incredible! The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had lots of delicious options. We really appreciated that we had a bottle of champagne waiting for us to celebrate our honeymoon - what a thoughtful touch!

We didn’t dislike anything. We loved our stay and we hope to return soon!

Excellent location in the heart of town. Convenient parking is available through the hotel in a local parking garage, a few blocks away (€25/day). If you have luggage, they will give you a pass to drive into the ZTL to unload, there is no way to drag your luggage from the parking garage to the hotel. They warn you about the 35+ steps you must climb with your luggage to get to the hotel, I didn’t find that to be a problem; I’m 70 years old. The hotel has an elevator to get to your room. Very friendly desk clerk. Adequately sized room, very comfortable double bed and pillows. WIFI, TV, refrigerator, desk with chair, closet with safe, luggage rack, numerous electric outlets with USB ports. A/C is controlled by the front desk for each room; they will adjust the temperature if you ask. There is a very nice outside patio area for breakfast, or inside seating as well.

The breakfast buffet was minimal with a limited choice of items. The bathroom was very small, I couldn’t sit on the toilet straight because my knees would hit the sink.

Location is great but difficult for older people as it is up on the hill so you need to climb 38 steps. Just a standard hotel. Did have a bit of a view, over the front houses roofs

No fridge in rooms, you need To go down to dining room if you need a drink of water. Climbing up & down, being Ill & not being able to breathe properly made it difficult.

Everything was great. The location. The staff. The room.

The staff were very helpful — even came down stairs to help with our luggage. Beautiful room in the heart of town.

Steps weren’t too bad good area to get to everything, Bellagio very little to do except explore by ferry or private boat tour

Liked we had a lake view. Beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Steps were hard with luggage but it was expected.

Location was great in a great location in Bellagio. Breakfast was great!

The location can’t be beat. So convenient to restaurants and the ferry but up an alley so quiet. Breakfast patio was pretty and breakfast staff were so sweet.

Not many common areas to lounge.

We stayed on the 4th floor, which had the most amazing view. The window opens remotely, giving you an unobstructed view of the lake. We were planning on staying only one night, but decided to extend our stay since we loved the hotel so much. They also have happy hour at their sister hotel on the rooftop deck. Again, stunning views.

The free breakfast in the morning included coffees to order which I feel is unusual and such a great perk!

Beautiful motel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Air Conditioning was very much appreciated during hot weather while we were there.

The hotel is perfectly located in probably the best location. Ferry station is literally less than 5 minutes walking. Staff and rooms were wonderful; very clean and beds were very comfortable, a little on the small side, but since we literally just slept there it was not an issue. And the VIEWS!!!! The only downside are the cobble steps to reach the hotel, but then again, it is Italy and everything is worth it and there is no way around them. Would most definitely stay in this hotel again. Hotel offers luggage storage for no fee. And location was everything!!!!!!!
