Nice location in town. Friendly and helpful staff.

The location. Restaurants, boats to the islands. The room was quite big, the breakfast was good, the parking

The guy in the front desk was a little Impatient.

The staff was the most valuable part of our stay.

We paid €140 for what was supposed to be a 3-star hotel, but it felt more like a neglected hostel. Outdated facilities, poor maintenance, dust in the bathroom and a terrible breakfast made it a real disappointment. This was meant to be the last night of our trip, and instead of ending on a high note, it left us with frustration and regret. Strongly advise avoiding this place.

Check-in time was 15:00, but we weren’t allowed to check in as the rooms were not ready. We were finally checked in around 16:00. No compensation was offered—not even a coffee, water, or an apology.In the room, there was no kettle for tea. A coffee machine was available, but the coffee capsules were only provided on the first day. For the next three days (we had two rooms), no additional capsules were supplied.

The location is great; it is very close to the lake and restaurants. Parking is available, including in the underground garage (extra payment). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hot chocolate in the bar was very good and also breakfast was good.

Poor breakfast with poor quality food

The hotel is very close to the ferry that will take you on the lake, within walking distance away. Staff at the Hotel were very helpfull giving us tips to avoid motorway on our way to Como. Breakfast was very good too.

The room had no kettle to make some coffee and beds could be better. Other than that we really liked our stay there.

Amazing Views over the Lake. Laura was amazing and very helpful. Secure parking for both cars and Motorbikes. Great restaurants nearby.

nice view from the terrasse on the 4th floor, parking (garage 10 EUR per day, outside parking not available), very good location

stains on the walls, not very clean, poor breakfast (surprisingly awful coffee for an Italian place), loud AC (not possible to turn it off, and it was quite cold 1 night), thin walls, broken safe, impossible to connect to the wifi, price ("be smart, instead of booking on a portal, call your hotel directly", say instructions inside the room)

Everything was perfect. The photos from the sites are not fair for the quality of the hotel. Even the smell inside the corridors was nice. Perfect breakfast too !Thank u guys we will see u again.

Lovely clean room. Spacious with balcony. Breakfast was great...plenty of choice and refilled frequently. Refreshing pool, and nice bar area.
